reputation, - our
terraced restaurant
‘La Casa Verde’ - had
become a success in it’s
own right, and national
coverage starting in
The Independent on
Sunday helped to put us
firmly on <strong>the</strong> map.
Right back in those
early days, <strong>the</strong>
freshest of food
was prepared using
<strong>the</strong> freshest of
ingredients - organic
and home-grown
where possible.
The cakes were described
as ‘nubbly’ and <strong>the</strong>
Italian opera music would
make your spirit soar
- much like today really!
