WAR AND PEACE JOURNALThe War and Peace Journal was created in 2005 by the FreeEuropean Collegium, through Free World Publishing Inc.The War and Peace Journal addresses issues across the wholespectrum human relations from Utopian peace to nuclear war. Itsgoal is to promote understanding of underlying issues of war inorder to support peace. Academics, post-graduate students andoperators of peace studies and of military arts and sciences arewelcome to submit articles, notes, book reviews or comments on anysubject related to these issues. The journal has three sections:- The Peace studies section pertains to all peace supporting issuesranging from conflict prevention to nation-building.- The Military and strategic studies section concerns all issues ofdefense policies, strategies, operations, tactics, logistics, intelligence,peacekeeping, peacemaking, leadership, psychology of combat,technological developments and counter-terrorism.- The War & Peace historical studies, which relates to articlespertaining to the conduct of operations (whether in success offailure), the cause and effects of operations, the avoidance ofconflict, leadership and personalities.We accept articles in English, French, Bosnian, Bulgarian,Croatian, Czech, Finnish, German, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic,Inuktitut, Italian, Latin, Polish, Portuguese (both Brazilian andEuropean), Romanian, Russian, Serb (both Latin and Cyrillic),Slovenian as well as Spanish.
