5. Monitoring school safety<br />

i. Evolve a mechanism for monitoring safety parameters in<br />
all schools on a regular basis. Any existing monitoring<br />
formats being used by the authorities shall essentially<br />
include parameters on school safety.<br />

official as appropriate, for overseeing and facilitating<br />
school safety at the block level.<br />

i. Mobilize local community and the school to effectively<br />
participate in school safety actions through meetings,<br />

ii. Designate a school safety focal point teacher (FPT) to<br />
operationally anchor safety related actions at the school<br />

Identify and develop a cadre of peer educators / trainers<br />
for ensuring that safety messages, dos and don’ts of<br />
