I first met Conor after joining a local gym in Kilmarnock. I had already lost a<br />
bit of excess weight myself over the previous few months and wanted to<br />
build some muscle. Conor assessed my needs based on what I was wanting<br />
to achieve and designed monthly diet and workout plans to help me achieve<br />
this goal. Conor was able to assess what muscle groups required more<br />
attention than others and also what foods and supplements were of most<br />
benefit to me, through weekly meetings. My weight, body fat and muscle<br />
mass were measured each week during both bulking and cutting stages to<br />
make sure I was on track to meet my goal. During my 18 months of working<br />
with Conor I managed to gain 8kg of lean muscle, but the knowledge and<br />
experience earned, has helped me to continue to lead a healthy and<br />
balanced lifestyle.
