After years of sitting and thinking about changing my lifestyle and starting the
gym; in February 2015 I bit the bullet and contacted Conor about changing
my life for the better – 18 months later and it’s the best decision I’ve made
thus far. Not only is Conor my personal trainer, he is first and foremost my
friend. This was one of the main draws for me to start changing my life as I
knew I could trust Conor to deliver vital results for me.
When I first started training with Conor I had barely lifted a weight and
struggled with the most basic of exercises. However, due to Conor’s patience
and constant motivation I was able to get the results I dreamt about for years.
Starting off at a weight of 112kg I was able to lose a staggering 15 kilo which
brought my weight down to a total of 97kg.
This hard work was achieved in no less than six months and is just one of
many sensational results in which Conor’s ideas and persistence have come
to fruition. Conor is someone who is extremely trustworthy and reliable. It
does not matter what time of day it is; Conor is always there to help as best
as he can to the best of his ability. Conor has given me the confidence to train
in a gym myself which is something I would never think was possible. When
I started I was going through a tough time personally and the workouts and
chats from Conor certainly made me feel more comfortable with myself both
physically and mentally – something I will be forever in his debt for.
After a short absence I am now back training with Conor and I’m fully
expecting more of the same results because when you work with him success
is always guaranteed!
