Bea is the captain of the good ship Evoyacht! She cares for the entire<br />
Evoteam, steering us in the right direction and overseeing the smooth<br />
operation of all <strong>Evolution</strong> services to ensure success at every turn. As a<br />
licensed Customs Agent and with 20 years of expertise and know-how in<br />
the yachting industry there is no-one we would rather have at the helm.<br />
John Shinske<br />
Managing Partner & Business Development<br />
As a former Captain who has lived in Spain for 15 years, John is able to help<br />
with all the general logistics of your stay. As well as connecting you with<br />
our tried and tested contractors and suppliers he is constantly in search of<br />
new EvoChallenges, putting <strong>Evolution</strong> firmly on the map. John supports the<br />
logistics team as well as providing solutions to all your yachting needs.<br />
Pedro<br />
Financial Controller<br />
His calculator is on hand at all times, and he is responsible for the figures<br />
and financial reports and taking care of the general financial health of<br />
<strong>Evolution</strong>. Always on stand<strong>by</strong> to solve any accounting conundrums or assist<br />
with client´s financial queries, Pedro has it covered.<br />
Guillermo<br />
Marketing & Communications<br />
He is the face behind all the <strong>Evolution</strong> marketing<br />
campaigns, using his creativity, imagination and passion<br />
for words and graphics to communicate the EvoMessage<br />
with all the right colours, forms, shapes and feelings.<br />

Concierge & Operations Manager<br />

Xisco has all the answers. Whether you need a<br />
chauffeur-driven car, a taxi, medical appointment,<br />
flamenco dancers or VIP nightclub entry, Xisco is your<br />
superman! You will be delighted with his professional,<br />
honest and efficient service, as well as his big smile.<br />
Salvatore<br />
Ibiza Operations<br />
Working side <strong>by</strong> side with Salvatore you will soon<br />
realize that he was born to offer service of the highest<br />
standard and lucky for us he is in charge of the<br />
Operations Department at the Ibiza’s office! Few are<br />
those who are able to maintain a “keep calm and carry<br />
on” attitude during the hectic summer season in Ibiza<br />
and deliver you the best.<br />
Colin<br />
Provisioning<br />
Colin, a 3rd generation Scottish butcher, is dedicated<br />
to the Chef department. He makes sausages, cures<br />
our own bacon, and brings beef and lamb direct<br />
from Ireland weekly. All fruit, veg and fish is sourced<br />
from the main wholesale market to ensure quality,<br />
freshness and value.<br />
Belén<br />
Manager Barcelona<br />
Belén offers a warm welcome, if you ever would like<br />
to step <strong>by</strong> the office. Born and bred in Barcelona,<br />
she takes care of all our customs issues and office<br />
management, as well as trying her best to keep the<br />
EvoTeam in line!<br />
Victor<br />
Spares & Supplies<br />
Victor is in charge of the Spares Department. With<br />
an indepth knowledge of the Balearic Islands, an<br />
extensive list of suppliers and contractors, as well<br />
as his dedication to problem-solving, Victor is an<br />
essential and valuable member of our Evoteam<br />
and the man with the plan for any kind of spare<br />
part your vessel may require.<br />
Patricia<br />
Invoicing<br />
Patricia is dedicated not only to the preparation and issue<br />
of your invoices, but also managing other operations such<br />
as Cash to Master and all the accounting requirements for<br />
vessels in the Balearics under TPA regulations.<br />
Nico<br />
Provisioning<br />
Nico is all too aware that the happiness of the crew<br />
lies in the hands of the chef. This is why he not<br />
only offers the best Balearic local produce, but also<br />
ingredients from outside the islands. His extensive<br />
network of suppliers, knowledge of the local market<br />
and attention to detail make Nico’s department one of<br />
the most important and significant growth services in<br />
<strong>Evolution</strong>.<br />
Kerry<br />
Concierge<br />
Kerry is here to ensure the ultimate EVO<br />
experience for all our clients, She is at the<br />
concierge desk with her little black book brimming.<br />
Contact her for medical issues, entertainment,<br />
immigration, berth reservations, transport, training,<br />
Cash to Master and all other crew services.<br />
Clara & Jordi<br />
Deck & Engineering<br />
They look after the Deck and Engine department,<br />
offering local supplies and technical spares from<br />
anywhere in the world. Their consistency in trying to<br />
locate even a tiny piece has given them a very good<br />
reputation both inside and outside Barcelona.<br />
Mónica<br />
Interior<br />
Her personal attention to both the client and<br />
all details has proven to be a hit with the crew.<br />
Mónica works closely with the Interior department<br />
and she always offers a wide range of crew and<br />
guest items, from cleaning products that are used<br />
daily to specific guest products.<br />
