ABOUT US I The charitable organisation Gemeinnützige KinderReich Mölln GmbH operates Montessori
nurseries at locations in Mölln and Geesthacht. Now, in an effort to offer children a great experience
not merely at nursery but also during their school years, we have founded the KinderReich Montessori
Primary School. Just as at the nursery, learning and living at the school is to be oriented to the needs
of the children and young people it serves. To achieve this, we shall continue to place the needs of the
individual child at the centre of his or her personal development. It is not just communication of knowledge
that is at the heart of our work. Education is a collaborative process. In the course of that process,
the goals of acquiring knowledge and developing personality need to exist side-by-side on an equal
footing – the two needs are mutually dependent. Children at our school want to learn, and are truly
happy to do so. Because self-determined learning is quite simply more sensual, and sinks in deeper.

YOU OFFER US:
You will be a native English-speaker
You will have completed a teacher training
degree for primary schools/special schools or
comparable qualification (age group 6-9)
Ideally you will have mathematics as
one of your core subjects
You will have experience of, and enjoy,
working in a mixed-age, inter-year classroom
environment
You will support, understand and believe
in our values
You will enjoy working as part of a team
with another teacher/teaching assistant
You will have a Montessori
Diploma (age group 6-12)
