Quality Assurance and Certifications<br />
All our working procedures at the farms and the Packing House are in accordance with international standard requirements for quality.<br />
We are in constant contact with the relevant government institutions such as the Ministry of Agriculture (Phytosanitary Permits), the Ministry of<br />
Health (Health Certificates), the Chamber of Commerce (Certificates of Origin), and the Custom and Excise Department (EURO 1 Certificates).<br />
At our labratory, we perform regular soil,water and pollen tests in addition to testing the the products regularly throughout the year and<br />
before each shipment.<br />
We also offer regular training sessions to educate our staff on their hygiene requirements and health responsibilities, as well as all issues<br />
related to their daily work with Dates and the use of Packing House equipment.<br />

إن جميع اإلجراءات المتبّ عة في مزارعنا وفي مركز التعبئة والتغليف التابع للشركة تتماشى مع متطلبات أنظمة الجودة العالمية.<br />
كما اننا على تواصل مستمر مع المؤسسات الحكومية الفلسطينية، منها وزارة الزراعة )إلصدار شهادات الصحة النباتية( ووزارة الصحة )إلصدار شهادات الجودة<br />
والصحة( ووزارة االقتصاد و الجمارك والغرفة التجارية )إلصدار شهادات المنشأ و ال )EURO 1 . اضافة الى ذلك، نحرص على قيامنا بفحوصات مستمرة للتربة والمياه<br />
وحبوب اللقاح طوال السنة، باإلضافة الى عمل فحوصات للمنتج بشكل دوري وقبل ارسال كل شحنة.<br />
عاوة على ذلك، نقوم بتدريب طواقمنا حول المتطلبات الخاصة بالسامة الغذائية ومسؤولياتهم الصحية بشكل دوري، كما و نشجعهم على تطوير قدراتهم بأعمالهم<br />
باستمرار وندربهم على استخدام معدات مركز التعبئة والتغليف بالشكل السليم.<br />
