Shipping<br />
After only six years of operation, Nakheel Palestine’s medjoul dates have reached more than 10 markets worldwide. Our products can be<br />
shipped to any designated location either overland, by air or by sea. While all air shipments leave from Amman or Ben Gurion airport to<br />
reach yours, shipment by sea is carried out in Reefer containers at (-18C), leaving either from Haifa or Ashdod port, depending on the time of<br />
delivery and final destination. A 20ft container typically takes a quantity of up to 9 MT while a 40ft container takes up to 20MT. The quantity per<br />
container depends on the variety of packaging configurations. Each consignment is supported with the required shipping documents, including<br />
the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate and any additional country-specific requirements, when<br />
specifically requested.<br />
Shipment can be done either by one of our regular shipping partners or by any other shipping company desired by our clients. Products are<br />
quoted either on EX-works or CFR Basis. CFR quotations indicate that the seller - Nakheel Palestine- will take complete responsibility for<br />
moving the container from our Packing House yard in Jericho up to the departure port and to the port of final destination, whereas EX-works<br />
requires that the buyer will take responsibility for moving the products to the final destination. Due to the unavailability of Palestinian ports,<br />
the containers must be moved from Israeli ports to our Packing House yard for loading and back to the to departure port, which requires<br />
additional time and cost and limits our ability to quote FOB.<br />
Nakheel Palestine commits to making every effort needed to deliver the products on time.<br />
الشحن<br />
يتم شحن التمور الى كافة دول العالم إما براً ،بحراً او جواً . وبينما تُ غادر جميع الشحنات الجوية عن طريق مطار عمّ ان أو مطار بن جوريون، يتم نقل الشحنات البحرية<br />
باستخدام الحاويات المبرَّ دة على درجة ( سالب 18 مئوية ) اذ تغادر إما من ميناء حيفا أو ميناء أسدود وذلك اعتماداً على وقت التوصيل ومكان الوصيل النهائي. إن<br />
حاوية ال 20 قدم تستوعب كمية تصل الى 9 أطنان بينما تستوعب حاوية ال 40 قدم حتى 20 طن متري كحد أقصى. وتعتمد سعة الحاوية الواحدة على تعبئة المنتج.<br />
كما ويتم ارفاق الوثائق الازمة مع كل شحنة. بما في ذلك الفاتورة التجارية، وقائمة التعبئة، وشهادة المنشأ، وشهادة الصحة النباتية باإلضافة الى اي وثائق اضافية<br />
خاصة بالدولة المستوردة وذلك عند الطلب.<br />
يتم الشحن إما من خال أحد شركائنا المعتمدين أو من خال شركة شحن أخرى من طرفكم ويتم ذالك بالتنسيق المسبق معكم. يتم البيع اما على أرض المصنع<br />
)EX-works( أو )CFR( واصل الى ميناء المستورد حيث نتحمل في هذه الحالة كامل المسؤولية المتعلقة بنقل الحاويات من مركز التعبئة والتغليف التابع للشركة<br />
إلى ميناء المغادرة ومن هناك إلى ميناء الوصول النهائي. بينما يتطلب مبدأ “التسليم في موقع البائع” )EX-works( بأن يقوم المشتري بتحمّ ل كامل المسؤولية<br />
المرتبطة بنقل المنتجات من مركز التعبئة التابع لنا إلى مكان الوصول النهائي.<br />
بسبب عدم تواجد أية موانئ او حدود فلسطينية، يتوجَّ ب نقل الحاويات من الموانئ اإلسرائيلية إلى ساحة التعبئة والتغليف التابعة للشركة من أجل تعبئتها ومن ثم<br />
إعادتها إلى ميناء المغادرة، وتتطلب هذه العملية وقت وتكاليف إضافية كما انها ال تسمح لنا باستخدام وسيلة “التسليم على ظهر السفينة” .)FOB(<br />
تبذل شركة نخيل فلسطين كافة الجهود الالزمة لتوصيل المنتجات ألي مكان وبالتوقيت المالئم.<br />
