Initial Response: Construct an initial response that addresses the following four areas:
a. State your scores from the quiz and examines your results based on the descriptions of the four categories listed
after the text results (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management). b.
Examine surprises you encountered from your results. c. Examine strategies you can use to incorporate your
strengths into your ability as a leader. d. Examine strategies you could use to strengthen your area(s) of weaknesses.
encourage further conversation. Suggest ways in which you think your peers could develop their weaknesses or ways
that they could optimize their work with a person in their organization who shares similar traits. Though two responses is
the basic expectation, for deeper engagement and learning, you are encouraged to provide responses to any comments
or questions others have given to you, including the instructor, to further the conversation while also giving you
opportunities to further demonstrate your content expertise, critical thinking, and real world experiences with this topic.
