N° 1 - Thursday, March 16 th , 2017 e-newsletter 44 th anniversary of the Tangier’s Beethoven station If you regularly take Youssef Ibn Tachfine Boulevard in Tangier, you are certainly familiar with it ! The Beethoven service station, the oldest and the biggest OiLibya station in Morocco in terms of volume with 2 000 m 3 , has just celebrated its 44th anniversary. Abdelhamid Ouriaghli Honored by OiLibya This event was held on the afternoon of February 28th, 2017 in the premises of the aforementioned station, and is in fact the first of its kind. Initiated by Mr. Rida Hassan Elamir, CEO of OiLibya Morocco, this 44th anniversary was an occasion for the distributorship management to pay homage to Mr. Abdelhamid Ouriaghli, the owner of the Beethoven service station ; a boss whose key principles have always been hard work, assistance, listening and commitment to customers. These values have not only raised his service station high in terms of sales, but also ensure that the latter remains, since its inception, at the forefront of all the OiLibya petrol stations in Morocco. Many gifts Handed by OiLibya Morocco CEO in the presence of the Beethoven service station staff, Mr. Abdelhamid Ouriaghli has received several awards. Moreover, at the rhythm of the Moroccan folklore, the participants and the OiLibya clientele enjoyed both warmth and pleasure thanks to a traditional band which animated the ceremony. A dinner with the OiLibya delegation was also offered to the manager of the service station at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Tangier. The Beethoven station also constitutes about half a century in history. In addition to its new visual identity, which is more modern and more aerial, this retail outlet, similarly to all the other OiLibya stations, is a key link in the distribution chain of the brand’s products. It is also one of the most privileged points of contact for customers. This is the reason why the OiLibya management has paid special tribute to its manager. احتفال بمناسبة مرور 44 سنة على تأسيس محطة الوقود بيتهوفن بطنجة إذا كنتم تمرون باستمراربشارع يوسف بن تاشفين بطنجة،‏ فال شك أنكم ستعرفونها ؛ إنها محطة الوقود بيتهوفن،‏ أقدم وأكبر محطات شركة أويليبيا بالمغرب من حيث الحجم الذي يصل إلى 2، 000 m 3 والتي تحتفل بمرور 44 سنة على تأسيسها.‏ أويليبيا تكرم عبد الحميد الورياغلي أقيم هذا االحتفال،‏ األول من نوعه،‏ يوم 28 فبراير 2017 بعد الزوال بالمحطة المذكورة ؛ فبمبادرة من السيد رضا حسن األمير،‏ المدير العام لشركة أويليبيا المغرب،‏ كان هذا االحتفال مناسبة لتكريم السيد عبد الحميد الورياغلي،‏ مالك محطة الوقود بيتهوفن،‏ الذي لطالما اتخذ من العمل والخدمة واإلنصات واالتزام تجاه الزبون شعارا له،‏ قيم كهذه بوأت محطته الصدارة من حيث المبيعات،‏ وسمحت لها منذ تأسيسها بأن تكون رائدة على مستوى مجموع محطات أويليبيا المغرب للمحروقات.‏ العديد من الهدايا كما تلقى السيد عبد الحميد الورياغلي العديد من المكافآت بحضور طاقم العاملين بمحطة الوقود بيتهوفن.‏ وحظي كل من الحاضرين وزبناء المحطة من استقبال حار على أنغام أهازيج مجموعة موسيقية تقليدية تكفلت بتنشيط الحفل.‏ وقد تمت دعوة مالك محطة بيتهوفن لتناول العشاء رفقة مجموعة من مسؤولي شركة أويليبيا بفندق ‏»هيلتون جاردن إن«‏ طنجة.‏ وعالوة على مظهرها الحديث والفسيح،‏ تشكل محطة وقود بيتهوفن التي قاربت النصف قرن من الخدمة،‏ كسائر محطات أويليبيا،‏ حلقة أساسية في سلسلة توزيع منتجات عالمة أويليبيا التجارية،‏ زيادة على كونها إحدى أهم نقط االتصال بالزبناء،‏ لذلك آثرت إدارت الشركة أن تقوم بتكريم المسؤول عن المحطة.‏ Newsletter designed and powered by L’agence des mots.
N° 2 - Friday, March 17 th , 2017 e-newsletter Territory meetings Libya Oil Maroc brings together, throughout the month of March and on a yearly basis, the petrol pump attendants and oilers of the whole network of service stations. The retail department and some support departments also participate in these meetings. Unprecedented participation of managers at the Territory meetings Workshops dedicated to petrol pump attendants and revision sessions on the culture of service for the oilers made up the menu of the 2017 Territory meetings agenda. In addition to the pump attendants, all the dealers of the service stations of the Libya Oil Maroc distributor were invited to the Territory meetings. The aim is to ensure a better implementation of the brand’s annual programme at all the retail outlets. Exceptional presence of LOMA’s General Manager LOMA’s General Manager, Mr. Rida Hassan Elamir, was, for the first time, part of the management board delegation which led the tour. From the 1 st to the 17 th of March, Mr. Rida Hassan Elamir has exceptionally responded to questions from managers and attendants alike. This was during the meetings held in the six different areas, particularly Tangier, Skhirate, Casa North & South/CT, Marrakech/Agadir, Meknes and Fez. A new dynamic is underway In his various interventions, the General Manager has provided details on the new strategy of LOMA, mainly increase retail service station network. The focus also, was to establish operations excellence in current network. This objective will be achieved by the teamwork of both retail and dealers. At the end, Mr. Rida Hassan Elamir picked up on issues related to the bases of the partnership with the managers, the quality of the service, the ownership of stations and the importance of the SHE. At least 426 employees participated in the 2017 Territory meeting in addition to the seven members of the LOMA delegation. االجتماعات اإلقليمية في اجتماعاتها السنوية المبرمجة في شهر مارس من كل سنة،‏ تجمع ليبيا أويل المغرب مجموع عمال شبكة محطاتها للوقود،‏ بمشاركة مصالح البيع بالتقسيط و بعض المصالح اإلدارية األخرى.‏ شهدت االجتماعات اإلقليمية مشاركة غير مسبوقة للمسيرين في ورشات العمل الموجهة أساسا لعمال محطات الوقود والحصص التكوينية لفائدة عمال التشحيم حول ثقافة تقديم الخدمة،‏ حيث شكلت هذه الورشات والحصص محور برنامج االجتماعات اإلقليمية لسنة 2017، والذي حدد له كهدف،‏ ضمان حسن تنفيذ البرنامج السنوي للعالمة التجارية في كافة نقاط البيع.‏ الحضور االستثنائي للمدير العام لليبيا أويل المغرب ألول مرة كان من أبرز ما ميز هذه االجتماعات،‏ إذ ترأس السيد رضا حسن األمير اللجنة التي قامت بهذه الجولة،‏ وكرس الفترة الممتدة من 1 إلى 17 مارس للتفاعل مع تساؤالت مسيري وعمال محطات الوقود خالل اللقاءات التي انعقدت باألقطاب الست للشركة،‏ خاصة طنجة،‏ الصخيرات،‏ شمال وجنوب الدار البيضاء،‏ مراكش/أكادير،‏ مكناس وفاس.‏ ديناميكية جديدة قيد اإلطالق خالل مجموع تدخالته،‏ قدم المدير العام تفاصيل حول االستراتيجية الجديدة لليبيا اويل،‏ وال سيما توسيع شبكة محطات الخدمة.‏ وقد ركز ايضا على ترفيع مستوى الخدمة في الشبكة الحالية.‏ هذا الهدف،‏ سيتم تحقيقه من خالل العمل الجماعي بين الفريق المسؤول عن قطاع المحطات والمسيرين.‏ وقد ركز السيد رضا حسن األمير على أساسيات الشراكة مع مسيري المحطات،‏ وجودة الخدمات،‏ نظافة المحطات وكذا أهمية الجانب المتعلق بالسالمة والصحة والبيئة.‏ وقد تم تسجيل مشاركة ما ال يقل عن 426 عامل في أشغال االجتماعات اإلقليمية ل‎2017‎‏،‏ إضافة إلى سبعة من كبار المسؤولين بليبيا أويل المغرب.‏ Newsletter designed and powered by L’agence des mots.
