Potter found the interest for Options-based<br />

Lockdown expanded beyond their intended<br />

reach. Since June 2017, they have trained more<br />

than 1,000 people in Cass<br />

and Clay counties and are<br />

beginning to widen their<br />

reach to Valley City, N.D.,<br />

and Mahnomen, Minn. •
