In order to avoid bottlenecks, we gladly book your
desired date in advance. In case you are not able to
keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as
possible. Up to 24 hours prior to the appointment you
can cancel it free of charge. At short notice (less than 24
hours before the appointment) or non-appearance, the
full treatment fee is charged. Thank you for your
comprehension!
Our VistaSpa was designed as a unique refuge for
quietness, which we try to grant in all areas. We ask for
your understanding that only persons from 16 years on
up are permitted in our VistaSpa. Please refrain from
bringing phones or laptops with you. We advise you to
appear shortly before the appointment in your
bathrobe (only Shiatsu is conducted in light clothing) at
the reception of our VistaSpa. There you can drink a
herbal tea or a fresh juice to get in the right mood for
your treatment. Your therapist will welcome you there
for your treatment.
