TIME Versalift stand is Euro 6
as we will exhibit a full range
of Euro 6 ready platforms.
But that’s not all...
TIME expands in the U.S.
TIME Manufacturing Company increases the company’s production capacity
with the addition of 4,600 m² new production facilities and 121 new employees.

We have also upgraded and
reinforced our bestselling ETL
and ETM series to support
230 and 265 kg, while the
VTX-240 now supports 220 kg
in the cage.
Furthermore, we are ready
to show a new boom limit
system, a new control panel, a
tracked LAT and much more.

Waco, Texas based TIME
Manufacturing Company
(TMC) is expanding its
production capacity with
4,600 square metres of
additional production
facilities. TMC plans on
spending $5.8 million to
expand its facilities in Waco
expected to result in a
growth of employment of
121 during the coming four
years.
The city of Waco and the
McLennan County officials
recently voted ok to provide
TMC with tax abatements
and $200,000 in economic
development initiatives
to support the expansion.
TMC currently employs
410 in Waco and produces
3,500-4,000 aerial access
platforms a year in the
existing 27,800 square metre
factory complex of which 25-
35% is for exports to global
markets.
HDW acquires TIME Benelux
Following the acquisition, HDW BeLux is now the new
Versalift distributor in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Rotterdam based HDW has
acquired TIME Benelux and
is now the exclusive Versalift
distributor in Belgium and
Luxembourg. The company
has been renamed HDW
BeLux and all employees
from TIME Benelux remain
in the new organization in
Tienen, Belgium.
“This acquisition is part of
our drive to further improve
our sales and service
activities in Belgium and
Luxembourg. It will provide
HDW with a perfect home
base to serve the Benelux
market in a professional
way”, says HDW Managing
Director Andries Schouten.
