Always hire people based on<br />

What is the funniest thing you have heard or<br />

experienced at Sundial Group?<br />

We recently held a conference for our 60 leaders.<br />

Letting our hair down and make fools of ourselves in<br />

the evening with silly party games was pretty hilarious.<br />

It’s important not to take ourselves too seriously.<br />

Name one thing not many<br />

people know about you?<br />

I have practiced Yoga, meditation<br />

and mindfulness for many years.<br />

What achievements are you most proud of?<br />

Recognition as a Champion in the hospitality<br />

industry by The Living Wage Foundation.<br />

What’s your favourite movie?<br />

Sorry I don’t have just one! Dead Poets Society and<br />

The Usual Suspects are all time favourites, in recent<br />

years Django Unchained.<br />

What is your favourite meal?<br />

I love Mediterranean cuisine,<br />

especially sea food.<br />

What is your favourite holiday destination<br />

and why?<br />

Zermatt. The skiing is fantastic, the mountain<br />

restaurants superb and the Matterhorn casts a<br />

magical spell over the whole valley.<br />
