Topspot Multi-Purpose Cooperative was registered at the Cooperative Development Authority<br />

on July 24, 2008 with a Registration No. C-623-6526 headed by Chairman Gerardo De La Cruz together<br />

with 14 founding members. We have well-trained and experienced staff to provide manpower services<br />

to more than 15 companies nationwide. The cooperative’s primary objective is to engage in providing<br />

manpower services to as of the moment 12 companies nationwide such as KFC Philippines,<br />

Tokyo Tokyo, Philippine Seven Corporation ( 711 Convenient Store ) and Mister Donut to name a few .<br />

It also intends to render savings and lending operation for its members, and to engage in procurement<br />

and distribution of goods and other commodities.<br />

The cooperative was organized to supply the growing demand of service crews for Fast Food<br />

Chains. Together with its primary objectives the cooperative aims to actively support the government<br />

and other concerned organizations both local and foreign, in promoting cooperatives as practical<br />

means towards sustainable socio-economic development under a truly just and democratic society.<br />

Develop the knowledge of the members on principles and practices of cooperative, to enable them to<br />

actively and competently participate in managing the mobilization and capital build-up schemes to<br />

sustain its development activities and long-term investments, in that way ensuring optimum economic<br />

benefits to its members, their families and the general public. To implement policy guidelines that will<br />

ensure transparency, equitable access to its resources and services and promote the interest of the<br />

member. And to adopt such other plans as may help foster the welfare of the member, their families<br />

and the community.

6. facilitates recruitment caravan - a one day in-store hiring activity<br />

8. issuance of list of requirements and follow-up updates to their status<br />

1. facilitate COOP orientation - cooperative profile to newly-hired members<br />

2. facilitate KFC brand orientation and gives endorsement for training<br />

3. facilitate TOKYO-TOKYO brand orientation and gives endorsement for training<br />

4. conduct Philseven Corporation brand orientation and training<br />

5. travel to provincial stores to facilitate and provide quality orientation and training<br />

to newly-hired members<br />

6. perform intensive training to Coop Coordinator per store.<br />
