BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS<br />
The Board of Directors meet on a monthly basis and residents are<br />
welcome to attend. The Board meets at the Cypress Crossroads Church,<br />
15751 Cypress Rosehill Rd. on the first Monday of the month, however<br />
reschedule dates and locations sometimes occur due to scheduling<br />
conflicts. You can find the meeting dates at <strong>Lakeside</strong>residential.com.<br />
The minutes of the meetings, as well as governing documents, forms,<br />
community events, etc. can be found on the website for homeowner review<br />
<strong>2017</strong> ASSESSMENT NOTICE<br />
The annual assessment for <strong>2017</strong> remains at $350 per lot, representing no<br />
increase from the prior year. Note that your <strong>2017</strong> assessment must have<br />
been paid in full and received by January 31, <strong>2017</strong> to avoid late or legal<br />
fees. Letters and invoices were sent via postal service. If you didn’t receive<br />
yours or wish to contest the amount shown, please contact management<br />
for the most up to date balance. For those who might have a hardship from<br />
paying the fee in one lump sum, the Board of Directors would like to offer<br />
each owner the opportunity to divide the annual assessment into payments<br />
by contacting our management company arielle.wooley@fsresidential.com.<br />
Also, note that if you are currently being pursued for outstanding prior<br />
year’s fees, any payments made will be credited to outstanding balances<br />
or may not be accepted based on the account status.<br />

Crawfish Festival in the Heights - <strong>March</strong> 5 th - This year one of Houston’s<br />
largest annual crawfish festivals will take place in the Heights at 411 W.<br />
20 th St. (behind Heights Floral Shop) from 11 AM to 6:30 PM. For a decade,<br />
the Greater Heights Area Chamber of Commerce has held an annual<br />
community Crawfish Festival in the Heights. This event has grown steadily<br />
over the years to its current levels of success. It is open to the public, free<br />
admission festival including live music, the finale of the annual Idol of the<br />
Heights singing contest, performances by students from local schools,<br />
exhibitor booths and shopping opportunities and of course crawfish! For<br />
