Vejledning, konfliktråd<br />

I nogle tilfælde, f.eks. hvis betingels<strong>er</strong>ne <strong>for</strong> at give et<br />
tilhold (endnu) ikke <strong>er</strong> opfyldt, vil politiet vejlede <strong>dig</strong> og<br />
den p<strong>er</strong>son, <strong>d<strong>er</strong></strong> <strong>for</strong>følg<strong>er</strong> ell<strong>er</strong> chikan<strong>er</strong><strong>er</strong> <strong>dig</strong>, om regl<strong>er</strong>ne<br />
på området og prøve at løse en eventuel konflikt.<br />
Politiet kan også vur<strong>d<strong>er</strong></strong>e, at sagen <strong>er</strong> egnet til at blive<br />
behandlet i et konfliktråd. Det <strong>er</strong> et møde mellem <strong>dig</strong><br />
og den p<strong>er</strong>son, <strong>d<strong>er</strong></strong> <strong>for</strong>følg<strong>er</strong> ell<strong>er</strong> chikan<strong>er</strong><strong>er</strong> <strong>dig</strong>. Det <strong>er</strong><br />
frivilligt <strong>for</strong> j<strong>er</strong> begge at deltage i mødet. D<strong>er</strong> vil være en<br />
mægl<strong>er</strong> til stede un<strong>d<strong>er</strong></strong> mødet, og h<strong>er</strong> vil du un<strong>d<strong>er</strong></strong> trygge<br />

hvis <strong>for</strong>følgelsen ell<strong>er</strong> <strong>chikane</strong>n <strong>for</strong>tsætt<strong>er</strong>.<br />
Hvis <strong>for</strong>maningen ikke får p<strong>er</strong>sonen til at holde op med<br />
at <strong>for</strong>følge ell<strong>er</strong> chikan<strong>er</strong>e <strong>dig</strong>, ell<strong>er</strong> hvis han ell<strong>er</strong> hun<br />
begyn<strong>d<strong>er</strong></strong> at chikan<strong>er</strong>e <strong>dig</strong> igen eft<strong>er</strong> noget tid, skal du<br />
kontakte politiet, <strong>d<strong>er</strong></strong> så vil vur<strong>d<strong>er</strong></strong>e sagen igen.<br />
