Det er vores opfattelse, at koncernregnskabet og årsregnskabet giver et retvisende billede af koncernens og selskabets aktiver, passiver og finansielle stilling pr. 31. december 2012 samt af resultatet af koncernens og selskabets aktiviteter og koncernens pengestrømme for regnskabsåret 1. januar - 31. december 2012. Ledelsesberetningen indeholder efter vores opfattelse en retvisende redegørelse for de forhold, beretningen omhandler. årsrapporten indstilles til generalforsamlingens godkendelse. The annual report is presented in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements act. In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements and the parent financial statements give a true and fair view of the Group’s and the parent’s financial position at 31 December 2012 and of their financial performance as well as the consolidated cash flow for the financial year 1 january to 31 December 2012. we believe that the management review contains a fair review of the affairs and conditions referred to therein. we recommend the annual report for adoption at the annual General Meeting.
