Try the following: The embedded batteries may need to be recharged. See “Charge Your Headphones and Adapter” on page 2. Make sure there are no other active Bluetooth devices within a 10 meter (32.8 feet) radius when pairing your headphones and adapter. Move the adapter and the headphones within one meter (3.3 feet) of each other, and: i. turn off your devices (see “Turning off your Creative Wireless Headphones CB8100” on page 4). ii. pair your devices again (see “Pair Your Headphones and Adapter” on page 3). What is the optimal operating distance between my headphones and adapter? When using your headphones with the adapter, make sure the working distance between your headphones and adapter remains within 10 meters (32.8 feet). Your headphones work best when there are no obstructions (for example, walls or other electronic devices) between your headphones and adapter. If your headphones are too far away from the adapter, you may hear some crackling sounds. What causes interference when using the headphones? Devices that operate within the 2.4 GHz frequency spectrum (for example, cordless phones and wireless networking devices) may cause interference or crackling sounds while you are using your headphones.
