4.1 Connection to external clock

To select the second speed, close the connection between clips 124 and 125 with a
potential-free contact.
If a
situation arises... … in which operation may be dangerous Switch off the automatic
components and make sure that they cannot be restarted accidentally.
Risk-free operation is not possible when the automatic components:
• are visibly damaged,
• have been stored for an extended period in unfavourable conditions,
• have been subjected to serious stresses during transport.

1 Disconnect the cable in clip 73 ... the fan turns slowly.
2 Reattach the cable. -
3 Disconnect the cable in clip 40 • the motor stops
(OHM).

4 Reattach the cable. -
5 Switch off the function circuit breaker (in
the automatic system box) for 5 seconds
and then switch it on again (reset).
… the fan motor runs normally.
6 When the dial (2) is in position 1, the
potentiometer (5) can be used to
adjust the minimum speed of
revolution of the fan motor.
7 If an external clock or a similar device
has been connected for 2-speed
operation, use the potentiometer (6)
on the automatic system panel to set
the ventilation volume with the contact
set over clips 124 and 125 closed.
8 Set the dial (2) to position 10. … the full load current of the motor
corresponds to its stamp data.
