maison par nos chocolatiers. Le travail commencé<br />
par le fondateur Friedrich <strong>Honold</strong> est poursuivi dans<br />
le même esprit aujourd’hui par son arrière-petite-fille<br />
Cristina de Perregaux.<br />

• Seit 1905 werden in feinster Handarbeit Pralinen,<br />
Truffes und Schokoladentafeln im eigenen Haus von<br />
unseren Chocolatiers produziert.<br />
Was Urgrossvater Friedrich <strong>Honold</strong> am Rennweg 53<br />
begonnen hat wird heute in vierter Generation von<br />
Cristina de Perregaux weitergeführt.<br />
Für die Herstellung der Schokoladen Spezialitäten<br />
sind Chef Chocolatier Ivo Jud und Sous-Chef<br />
Christian Isler mit ihrem Team verantwortlich.<br />

The artisanal work Friedrich <strong>Honold</strong> initially began<br />
at Rennweg 53 is being continued today by his<br />
great-granddaughter Cristina de Perregaux.<br />
