Geschäftsausrichtung
Die Investkredit Bank AG mit Sitz in Wien und Geschäftsstellen in sechs Ländern (Deutschland, Polen,
Tschechien, Slowakei, Ungarn, Rumänien) ist innerhalb der Volksbank Gruppe für die beiden Geschäftsbereiche
Unternehmen und Immobilien verantwortlich. Die 2006 neu aufgestellte Bank verfügt über
langjährige stabile Kundenbeziehungen aus der Investkredit und der Österreichischen Volksbanken-AG
(ÖVAG). Das Zukunftsbild ist es, die fachlich und emotional begehrteste Bankenmarke für Unternehmenskunden
und Immobilienpartner zu sein.
Als Spezialist für Unternehmensfinanzierung bietet die neue Investkredit das gesamte Leistungsspektrum
für Unternehmen aus einer Hand. Dieses konzentriert sich auf die klassische kurz- und langfristige Unternehmensfinanzierung,
Corporate Finance, Trade Finance und Treasury Sales. Im Mittelpunkt steht die
Bündelung aller Kräfte auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden. Die Verbindung aus Vertrauen und Fachkompetenz
schafft die Basis für tragfähige Beziehungen zu den Unternehmen. Die neue Bank für Unternehmen
kann und will verstärkt die Funktion einer Hauptbank für ihre Unternehmenskunden übernehmen. Wesentliche
Ziele sind:
• in Österreich die Qualitätsführerschaft im mittelständischen Großkundensegment mit einem durch
Fachkompetenz, Kundenorientierung und Vertrauen geprägten Marktauftritt zu festigen und konsequent

auszubauen und
• eine führende Corporate-Finance-Bank in Deutschland und den CEE-Staaten zu werden.
Das neu formierte Kompetenzzentrum für gewerbliche Immobilien orientiert sich an dem Anspruch
„Excellence in Real Estate“. Die Investkredit als Bank für Immobilien bietet eine breite Aufstellung in allen
Themenbereichen rund um die gewerbliche Immobilie. Das Leistungsspektrum reicht von der Finanzierung
(Investkredit Bank AG und Immoconsult Leasinggesellschaft m.b.H.) über eigenständige Development-Aktivitäten
(PREMIUMRED Real Estate Development GmbH), die Eigeninvestition und das Asset Management
(Europolis Real Estate Asset Management GmbH) bis zur professionellen Beratung, unterstützt von regelmäßigen
eigenen Marktanalysen.

Business approach
Investkredit Bank AG headquartered in Vienna and with business premises in six countries (Germany,
Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania) is responsible within the Volksbank Group for
Corporate and Real Estate business area. The bank, which was newly set up in 2006, enjoys long-term
stable customer relations from Investkredit and Österreichische Volksbanken-AG (ÖVAG). Its vision for the
future is to be the most highly sought-after bank in specialist and emotional terms for corporate customers
and real estate partners.
As a specialist in corporate lending, the new Investkredit is able to offer a complete spectrum of services
for corporates. This spectrum of services is concentrated into classical short- and long-term Corporate
Lending, Corporate Finance, Trade Finance and Treasury Sales. The pooling of all its strengths to fit the
customers’ requirements takes centre stage. The blend of trust and expertise creates the basis for workable
relations to corporates. The new Bank for Corporates is able to and increasingly strives to take over
the role of being the main bank for its corporate customers. Important goals are:
• to ensure its leadership in terms of quality in Austria of large customers in the medium-sized
segment with a market presence marked by technical competence, customer orientation and trust,
and to subsequently expand upon this,
• to become one of the largest banks for corporates, and to expand its market positioning in particular
to include trade finance and
• to become a leading corporate finance bank in Germany and in CEE countries.
The newly formed competence centre for commercial real estate is oriented by the need for “Excellence
in Real Estate”. Investkredit, as a Bank for Real Estate, offers a broad range of services in all
subject areas with regard to industrial property. The spectrum of services ranges from financing
(Investkredit Bank AG and Immoconsult Leasinggesellschaft m.b.H.) through independent development
activities (PREMIUMRED Real Estate Development GmbH), own investment and asset management
(Europolis Real Estate Asset Management GmbH) to professional consulting, all supported by
regular in-house market analyses.
