Logistische
Meisterleistung
Die beiden vom weltbekannten
Architekten Helmut Jahn entworfenen,
schlanken, gläsernen Hochhaustürme,
113 und 126 m hoch,
verbunden durch drei Brücken aus
Glas und Stahl setzen ein architektonisches
Highlight am nördlichen
Eingangstor der Stadt München.
Die Highlight-Towers verfügen
über mehr als 82.000m² Gesamtfläche,
von denen über 50.000 m²
mit unserem MERO-TSK Typ 6
belegt wurden. MERO-TSK Typ 6
besteht aus hochverdichteter
Gipsfaser mit einem Gewicht von
mind. 1.500 g/m³. Der verwendete
Rohstoff ist als erster und einziger
seiner Art europaweit in der
Baustoffklasse A1 nicht brennbar
(DIN EN 13501-1) zertifiziert. Auch
alle übrigen bauphysikalischen
Anforderungen, wie z. B. eine
Punktlast von mind. 3.000 Newton
und ein Schalllängsdämmmaß von
RLwP >= 50 dB konnten perfekt
erfüllt werden.
Für die Herstellung und die Montage
des Doppelbodens wurden
nur zehn Monate benötigt – eine
logistische Meisterleistung unserer
Highlight Munich Business Towers
Big Challenge
The two 113 and 126 m high slim
glass towers designed by the worldfamous
architect Helmut Jahn are
connected by means of three bridges
of glass and steel and create an
architectural highlight in the
northern part of Munich.
The total area has more than
82,000 sqm of which 50,000 sqm
have been equipped with MERO-TSK
access floor type 6. The floor type 6
consists of calcium sulphate having a
weight of at least 1,500 g/m 3 .
The used raw material is the only
material in Europe which is classified
as non-combustible according
to building material class A1
(DIN EN 13501-1). All other constructional
requirements such as
concentrated load of at least 3,000
Newton and sound reduction values
of RLwP >= 50 dB could be met to
perfection.
A period of only ten months was
necessary to produce and to install
the access floor which was a big
challenge for the project management,
the production and the
assembly crew.
