unit of small, user-friendly design particularly suitable
for mobile ambulant as well as hospital applications.
All operation and control elements are clearly arranged
on the protective foil-covered keyboard. Two different
scanners designed for easy and non-tiring handling
are provided for the various applications. During the
treatment the LED indicator at the scanner signals
the correct coupling to the region being treated and,
thus, ensures high dosage accuracy.
By the application of different types of pulses it is also
possible to apply higher energies to deeper tissue
layers.

concept of technical state of the art solutions.
Sonotur 410 is an universal ultrasonic therapy unit
of small, user-friendly design and particularly suitable
for both the mobile outpatients and the hospital
applications.
All operation and control elements are arranged on
the banana-shaped handle. The ergonomic design
of the handle and the small ultrasound head ease
the handling of the sonotur 410 especially in the
treatment of small to medium sized curvaceous
body regions.
The control and display elements directly arranged
at the handle enable one-hand operation, direct
monitoring of the selected parameters as well as
any intended quick and simple changing of the ultrasonic
output power during the treatment without
changing the view direction. During the treatment
the four power stages and impulse programs ensure
an optimum adoption of the ultrasonic output power

The therapy device vacutur 601 is the result of an extensive
development of highly advanced therapy
equipment combining reliability with innovation.
Their casing fits optically to the new TUR product
line. Thus, it offers additional features for current
stimulation and combination therapy. Design and
high-quality materials fulfill all requirements of robust-
ness, hygiene, reliability and security. The condensation
water collecting container can be emptied very
easily.
A further highlight is the possibility of individual coloured
housing, especially for the single device that is
suitable for the performance of cupping.
The utilization of most modern electronics allows to
operate vacutur 601 very easily via the LCD touch
screen of the connected master unit such as stimutur
601, sonotur 601 and curatur 601.
Furthermore, vacutur 601 does not require an additional
power connection. A specially designed vacuum
technology with pressure regulation secures an
almost quiet performance and a stable vacuum at
max. 0.75 bar that is adjustable in 20 steps on two
independent channels.

Behandlungsformen
Im Kondensatorfeld (nach Schliephake, Abb. 1) befindet
sich die zu bestrahlende Körperregion zwischen
zwei Elektroden. Die hierbei entstehende
elektrische Feldenergie wird vorzugsweise im Fettgewebe
in Wärme umgewandelt und gelangt von dort
in das Muskelgewebe. Im Spulenfeld (Abb. 2) kann
die Wärme präzise da hin transportiert werden, wo sie
am meisten gebraucht wird: In das Muskelgewebe.
Short-Wave-Diathermy
thermatur 200 is a versatile short-wave unit with an
automatic tuning device, suitable for continuous and
pulsed therapy. The shortwave therapy unit ensures
a deep but comfortable heat radiation.
The attractive and function-oriented design, built in a
robust, elegant housing, as well as the simple operation
board promises an excellent integration of the
unit in any desired therapeutic field of application.
The specially designed microprocessor controls the
different parameters such as intensity, continuous
and pulsed mode, treatment time and patient safety
system. More features are:

• no heat damage of the electrode cables at contact

Possibilities of Treatment
With the Schliephake capacitor-field method (fig. 1) the treated
body parts are positioned between two electrodes. The electric
field energy (fig. 2) applied is converted into heat energy within
the fat tissue. From there the heat flows into the muscular tissue.
With the coil-field method the heat is precisely transported
to the locations mostly required: to the muscular tissues.

Unter der Einwirkung von Mikrowellen vollziehen sich
im Körper thermische (Wärme) und extrathermische
(Schwingungen) physikalisch-chemische Prozesse.
Das Mikrowellentherapiegerät thermatur m250 er-
möglicht eine schnelle und gezielte Wärmestrahlung,
die sich gezielt bündeln lässt und deswegen hervorragend
zur Behandlung von lokal eng begrenzten
Körperpartien eingesetzt werden kann. Dadurch eignet
sich insbesondere der Einsatz in der HNO-, Zahnund
Kieferheilkunde. Beim gepulsten Betrieb dringen
noch höhere Energien in das Muskelgewebe.

processes.
The microwave radiation is converted into heat in the
skin-tissue and subcutaneous muscle tissue, where it
penetrates deeper into the tissue than achievable
with infrared radiation.

Kältetherapie
Das kryotur 600 ist als netzbetriebenes Tischgerät vorzugsweise
für die dosierte, kontrollierte und reproduzierbare
Kühlung von Gelenken, Behandlung von Schwellungszuständen,
zur Schmerzlinderung sowie zur Unterstützung
von Heilungsprozessen vorgesehen.
Die heilende, schmerzlindernde Wirkung der Kältetherapie
ist in erster Linie den thermischen neurophysiologischen
Reizen auf die Muskulatur sowie auf das Nerven-
und Gefäßsystem zuzuschreiben.
Für die verschiedenen zur Verfügung stehenden Applikatoren

Cryo-Therapy
The kryotur 600 is preferably used for cooling joints,
treatment of tumefactions, alleviation of pain, and for
assisting other healing processes.
The healing and pain alleviating effects of cryotherapy is
based primarily on the thermal neuro-physiologic stimulation
of the muscular, nervous and vascular system. For
different applicators the treatment temperature may
be adjusted in the range of +12°C to -10°C. A variety

of applicators may be easily exchanged by leakage free
plug connectors. Hence, the unit can be quickly adapted to
the miscellaneous requirements of applications.
A specially designed cryo-cuff may be applied for interval
and biological rhythm operation or feedback controlled cooling
with constant tempe-rature (a plug-in temperature sensor
is set underneath the cooling cuff to enable direct tissue
surface contact).
Moreover, it is possible to connect a cooling head for short
circle icing and in extension with any TUR electrotherapy
unit for a combined treatment of cryo-therapy and different
versions of stimulating currents applied via the cooling head
and a plate electrode.

By means of high-frequency ultrasound nebutur
330 / USV 2002 generates a stable and very dense
aerosolwith a droplet diameter sizes between 0.5 and
5 µm (85% of the particles is smaller than 4 µm). This
guaranties high deposition rates and optimize inhalation
therapy particularly of diseases down in the lower
respiratory passages.
Nebutur 330 / USV 2002 is the ideal ultrasound nebulizer
for various applications such as the humidification
of the tracheal and bronchial mucous membranes,
therapy of bronchial tract diseases and the medicamentous
therapy.
The ultrasound nebulizer is available in three versions:
a table, a built on wall or trolley version. The
desired nebulazation volume, the flow and duration
of nebulazation can be adjusted individually and
easily.
The removable and sterilizable nebulizer chamber is
suitable for disposable sterile water systems an a
conventional filling, and also for permanent operation
with a continuous filling set.
Special medicine cups are available for the nebulization
of medications, and a heatable silicone tube
is available for the heating of the aersosol.

The modular device trolley is designed for the demanding
tasks at physiotherapists and clinics.
Cables, electrodes and treatment heads can be arranged
neatly and well organized. Thus, cable tangle
is forever abandoned. Through the lateral cable
rails the connection to each device and treatment
channels is provided. The patient no longer views
the technical equipment. Instead, a front panel creates
an aesthetically calm surface.
A high degree of stability through the rear extended
rollers is guaranteed. The large rubber rollers allow
an almost silent ride on almost every flooring and
make the device truly mobile.
The removable front panel ensures an easy access
to install all devices and cables. Inside the trolley,
there are three storage shelves for individual use.

your individual design conception. The surface material
used is easy to clean, durable and hygienic.
Large castors and light aluminium profiles combine
excellent mobility with high stability. The open frame
construction provides a convenient working area for
the treating physician or therapist. The heading section
can be easily adjusted in positive an negative
angular positions.
A high speed linear motor enables a fast and quiet
vertical adjustment operated by a foot or hand switch.
