2.1 Ausstellungsdauer:

Die Öffnungszeiten für Aussteller während der Dauer der Veranstaltung
sind täglich zwei Stunden vor, bzw. eine Stunde nach den offiziellen
Besucheröffnungszeiten. Außerhalb dieser Zeiten ist der Aufenthalt auf
dem Messegelände nicht gestattet. Ausnahmen hiervon bedürfen der
schriftlichen Zustimmung der Messeleitung.
2.3 Datum und Öffnungszeiten der Ausstellung sind für alle Aussteller
verbindlich. Sie können nur in Ausnahmefällen mit ausdrücklicher Zustimmung
der Messeleitung abgeändert werden.
2.4 Auf- und Abbauzeiten
Aufbau-Beginn:

Innerhalb der oben genannten Zeiten ist ein Auf- und Abbau täglich in
der Zeit von 7.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr gestattet. Außerhalb dieser Zeiten
ist ein Auf- und Abbau nur nach Genehmigung der Messe Stuttgart
möglich.
Vorstehende Auf- und Abbautermine sind vorläufig. Die verbindlichen
Termine werden den Ausstellern im Auf- und Abbaurundschreiben mitgeteilt.
Vorstehende Abbautermine gelten nicht für Mietstände. Diese sind am
Tage des Messeschlusses bis spätestens 3 Stunden nach Messeschluss
vollständig zu räumen.
Minderjährige, die kein versicherungspflichtiges Beschäftigungsverhältnis
haben, dürfen beim Auf- und Abbau aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht
auf dem Gelände sein.
2.5 Sämtliche Fahrzeuge sind am letzten Aufbautag bis spätestens
20.00 Uhr wegen Reinigungsarbeiten aus den Hallenbereichen zu fahren.
2.6 Messestände, die bis 18.00 Uhr am letzten Aufbautag nicht belegt
sind, werden auf Kosten des jeweiligen Ausstellers von der LMS geschlossen.
Es wird ausdrücklich auf 6.1.2) der Allgemeinen Teilnahmebedingungen
verwiesen.
2.7 Sollte eine bereits eröffnete Ausstellung infolge von Ereignissen,
die außerhalb der Verfügungsmacht der LMS liegen, ganz oder teilweise
abgebrochen oder unterbrochen werden, sind ein Rücktritt vom
Vertrag oder die Geltendmachung eines Schadensersatzanspruches
ausgeschlossen.
2. CALENDAR
2.1 Duration of the event:

2.2 Opening times for visitors:
Daily from 10.00 to 18.00
Ticket offices close: 17.00
Opening times for exhibitors:
Daily from 9.00 to 19.00
The exhibition opening times for exhibitors are daily from two hours before
to one hour after official opening times for visitors. Exhibitors shall
not be permitted to enter the trade fairgrounds outside these times. Exceptions
to this regulation require the written approval of the trade fair
management.
2.3 The dates and opening times of the exhibition are binding for all exhibitors.
Exceptions can only be made with the express approval of the trade
fair management.
2.4 Stand construction and dismantling times
Stand construction begins:

Stand construction finishes:
Thursday, 02nd April 2009, 20.00
Stand dismantling begins:
Sunday, 05th April 2009, 18.30
Stand dismantling finishes (fixed date):
Monday, 06th April 2009, 18.00
Stand construction and dismantling can be carried out daily between
7.00 and 20.00. Outside these times stand construction and dismantling
require prior approval of Messe Stuttgart.
The above stand construction and dismantling times are provisional. The
binding times shall be stipulated in the stand construction and dismantling
circular sent to exhibitors.
The above dismantling dates do not apply to rented stands. These are to
be fully vacated on the day the exhibition ends, at the latest 3 hours after
the exhibition has closed.
The presence of minors, who are not involved in compulsorily insurable
work, shall be prohibited during stand construction and dismantling
work at the trade fairgrounds.
2.5 All vehicles must be removed from the areas around the halls by 20.00
hours at the latest on the last day of stand construction to allow cleaning
work to be performed.
2.6 Any exhibition stand not occupied by 18.00 hours on the last day of
stand construction will be locked after then by LMS at the expense of the
respective exhibitor. Please refer specifically to 6.1.2) of the General Exhibiting
Conditions.
2.7 If an exhibition already underway is wholly or partially cancelled or
interrupted due to reasons outside the control of LMS, withdrawal from
the contract or enforcement of compensation claims shall be excluded.

2.8 Eine verbindliche Anmeldung zu der Ausstellung liegt nur dann vor,
wenn diese auf unserem vorgedruckten Anmeldeformular unter Anerkennung
unserer Teilnahmebedingungen (Besondere Teilnahmebedingungen,
Allgemeine Teilnahmebedingungen) erfolgt ist.
2.8 Registration for an exhibition shall only be deemed to be binding if
submitted on our printed application form and if the exhibitor accepts our
Exhibiting Conditions (Special Exhibiting Conditions, General Exhibiting
Conditions).
SICHERHEITSBESTIMMUNGEN
1. Sicherungsbedürftige Gegenstände i. S. des Waffengesetzes (WaffG)
dürfen ab Mittwoch, 01. April 2009, 7.00 Uhr in die Ausstellungsstände
gebracht werden. Der Abtransport hat unverzüglich nach Messe-Ende
zu erfolgen.
2. Erlaubnispflichtige Gegenstände (Schusswaffen, Munition, wesentliche
Teile von Schusswaffen und Schalldämpfer) dürfen nur vom Inhaber
einer Erlaubnis nach § 21 WaffG vertrieben, anderen überlassen
oder vermittelt werden.
Die Erfordernis des § 21 WaffG kann nicht durch eine ausländische
Erlaubnis zum Handeln mit Waffen/Munition ersetzt werden. Ausländische
Anbieter bedürfen einer Erlaubnis nach deutschem Recht.
Besucher dürfen die genannten Gegenstände nicht in den Ausstellungsbereich
einbringen. Das Führen von Schuss-, Hieb- und Stoßwaffen ist
verboten (§ 42 Abs. 1 WaffG).
Die an den Standinhaber und seine Mitarbeiter ausgegebenen Beschickerausweise
berechtigen nur unter Angabe von Vor- und Nachname,
Hallen- und Standnummer und nur in Verbindung mit einem
amtlichen Lichtbildausweis den Zutritt zum Ausstellungsgelände an den
Aufbautagen.
Buchführungspflichtige Vorgänge nach § 23 Abs. 2 WaffG sind
unverzüglich in die auf dem Stand zu führenden Handelsbücher und
dergleichen einzutragen.
Die Aussteller, die erlaubnisfreie Schusswaffen und Gegenstände, wie
Perkussionswaffen, Luft- und Federdruckwaffen, Schreckschusswaffen,
Zier- und Sammlerwaffen (z.B. Salutkarabiner), sowie Hieb- und Stoßwaffen
(z.B. Schwerter, Degen, Säbel, Bajonette u. ä.) anbieten, können
diese nur mit einer Ausnahmegenehmigung der Stadt Leinfelden-
Echterdingen, Bürger- und Ordnungsamt - gem. § 35 Abs. 3 Satz 2
WaffG - auf der Messe ausstellen oder handeln.
3. Schusswaffen müssen durch Entfernen funktionswichtiger Teile wie
Schlagbolzen, Schlagfeder, Schießfeder oder andere gleichwertige Veränderungen
(z.B. Kabelbinder), gebrauchsuntüchtig gemacht werden.
Eine anderweitige Art der Sicherung ist unzulässig. Die Schusswaffen
dürfen nicht geladen sein, in den dazugehörigen Magazinen/Trommeln
darf sich keine Munition befinden. Gebrauchsfähige Munition darf nicht
im Bereich von Waffen, für die sie verwendet werden kann, aufbewahrt
werden.
4. Ladevorgänge dürfen weder gezeigt oder geduldet, noch dürfen
Schießstände eingerichtet werden.
5. Verbotene Gegenstände nach der Anlage 2 Abschnitt 1 zu § 2 Abs. 3
WaffG oder Kriegswaffen dürfen nicht in den Ausstellungsbereich eingebracht
werden.
6. Erlaubnispflichtige Gegenstände dürfen nur in die besonders gesicherte
Halle eingebracht werden. Diese Gegenstände müssen in
widerstandsfähigen, verschließbaren Vitrinen untergebracht werden
oder, wenn dies aufgrund ihrer Größe (Langwaffen) nicht möglich ist,
am Ausstellungsort so mit der Standeinrichtung verankert werden, dass
sie nicht ohne Kraft oder Zeitaufwand sowie Hilfsmittel in Besitz genommen
werden können. Die Gegenstände dürfen nur zum Vorzeigen
gegenüber einem Interessenten aus den Vitrinen genommen oder von
der Verankerung gelöst werden. Danach sind die Gegenstände entsprechend
zu sichern.
Die Inhaber einer Ausnahmegenehmigung für den Handel mit erlaubnisfreien
und/oder erlaubnispflichtigen Waffen haben nach dem Waffengesetz
Maßnahmen durchzuführen, um auch Hieb- und Stoßwaffen
(insbes. »Blankwaffen« wie Bajonette und Messer) gegen Diebstahl und
Missbrauch zu sichern. Eine den Messebesuchern frei zugängliche
oder griffbereite Auslegung von Hieb- und Stoßwaffen an den Verkaufsständen
ist nicht zulässig. Geeignete Sicherungsvorkehrungen
auf dem Messestand können beispielsweise sein: Aufbewahrung
SECURITY REGULATIONS
1. Articles subject to security restrictions within the intendment of the
German Weapons Law (WaffG) must not be brought to the exhibition
stands before Wednesday, 01st April 2009, 7.00. Such articles shall be
removed immediately after the end of the exhibition.
2. Articles requiring licenses (weapons, ammunition, important components
of weapons and silencers), may only be sold , handed over to the
others or procured, by those in possession of a license in accordance with
§ 21 of the WaffG.
A permit in accordance with § 21 WaffG cannot be replaced by foreign
permit for trading with weapons/ammunition. Foreign suppliers require
a permit in accordance with German law.
Visitors may not bring such items with them into the exhibition area.
They may also not carry with them firearms as well as cutting and thrust
weapons (§ 42, section 1, WaffG).
The passes for the holder of the stand and his staff entitle them to enter the
trade fairgrounds during setting up and dismantling times only when they
indicate the first and family names, hall and stand numbers and when they
are presented together with an official identity card (with photograph).
Actions which must be recorded in accordance with § 23, section 2 of the
WaffG must be entered immediately in the record books and so forth to
be kept at the stand.
Exhibitors, who offer permit-free firearms and items such as percussion
weapons, air and spring pressure firearms, blank firearms, ornamental
and collectors‘ firearms (for example salute carbines) as well as cutting
and thrust wepaons (for example swords, light duelling swords, sabres,
bayonets, etc.) may only exhibit or deal in these weapons at the Messe if
they have obtained special permission from the State Capital of Stuttgart
- Office for Public Order - in accordance with § 35, section 3 of the WaffG.
3. Weapons shall be rendered unserviceable by removing important
functional components such as striking pins, striker springs and closing
springs or by using other equal modifications (such as fastening the tri
ger with a cable-tie) . No other way of rendering weapons unserviceable
is accepted. The weapons shall not be loaded. There shall be no ammunit
on in the related magazines/drums. Serviceable ammunition shall not be
stored near those weapons for which it can be used.
4. Loading operations may be neither demonstrated nor tolerated. In
addition, no shooting galleries or stands shall be set up.
5. Forbidden items in accordance with § 2, section 3 of the WaffG with
reference to enclosure No. 2, section 1 or war weapons shall not be
brought into the exhibition area.
6. Articles requiring a license shall only be displayed in halls, which are
made specially secure, in sturdy, lockable glass display cases or, if this is
not possible owing to the size of the articles (long weapons), shall be anchored
to the stand in such a way that a person intending to remove them
must exert a great deal of force, spend a great deal of time or use tools.
The articles may be removed from the glass display cases or disconnected
from their anchoring only for the purpose of showing such articles to interested
parties. After this the articles shall be replaced in the glass cases
or reanchored.
Owners of a special permission for trading weapons requiring or not requiring
a permission must, according to the German Weapons Law, take
measures to also secure cut and thrust weapons (esp. »blank weapons«,
such as bayonets and knives) against theft and misuse. It is not permitted
to display cut and thrust weapons at the stands in a way that they are
easily accessible for visitors or can easily be taken away by them. You
can, for example, take the following appropriate safety measures at the
stands: items are displayed within a safe distance to visitors or in glazed

außerhalb der Zugriffsweite von Messebesuchern, Ausstellen in Glasvitrinen,
Ausstellen in speziellen Fächerständern, Sicherung mit Stahlseil
oder Kette.
7. Andere Waffen und Gegenstände, die ohne Erlaubnis nur an
Personen über 18 Jahren abgegeben werden dürfen, müssen vor dem
unbefugten Zugriff Dritter gesichert werden.
8. Stände, in denen erlaubnispflichtige Gegenstände ausgestellt sind,
müssen während der Öffnungszeiten, bis zur vollständigen Räumung
der Hallen nach Ausstellungsende, sowie beim Auf- und Abbau ständig
vom Inhaber der Erlaubnis nach § 21 WaffG oder dessen Vertreter beaufsichtigt
werden.
9. Jeder Standinhaber ist verpflichtet, die auszustellenden Gegenstände
durch die Messeleitung, das Überwachungspersonal und die Polizei
auf die Einhaltung dieser Auflagen überprüfen zu lassen.
Der Diebstahl oder das sonstige Abhandenkommen von Schusswaffen,
Munition oder Hieb- und Stoßwaffen ist unverzüglich dem Polizeirevier
Flughafen, Stuttgart-Airport-Office, 70629 Stuttgart, Tel. +49 (0)711
78780-0 zu melden.
Handel an den Auf- oder Abbautagen auf dem Messegelände ist untersagt.
10. Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der rechtlichen Bestimmungen
und der Auflagen ist der Inhaber der Erlaubnis nach § 21 WaffG oder,
sofern eine solche nicht vorhanden ist, der Inhaber des Standes und im
Falle seiner Abwesenheit dessen Vertreter.
11. Bei Verstößen gegen rechtliche Bestimmungen oder Auflagen muss
die Messeleitung von ihrem Hausrecht Gebrauch machen und den Aussteller
bzw. Besucher von der weiteren Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung
ausschließen.
Mit der Unterzeichnung der Anmeldung anerkennt der Aussteller, dass
bei Zuwiderhandlung sein Stand vom Veranstalter unbeschadet polizeilicher
Maßnahmen und unter Ausschluss jeglicher Regressansprüche
geschlossen wird.
Das Merkblatt der Polizeidirektion Esslingen (Staatsschutz), welches mit
der Servicemappe zugeschickt wird, ist zu beachten!
12. Die Bestimmungen des Waffen- und Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetzes
sind unbedingt einzuhalten.
Der Aussteller verpflichtet sich zur strikten Beachtung des § 86a StGB,
wonach u. a. Ausstellen, Tausch und Handel solcher Gegenstände verboten
sind, die Kennzeichen ehemaliger nationalsozialistischer Organisationen
aufweisen bzw. mit diesen versehen sind.
Bei Verstößen gegen die Bestimmungen des § 86a StGB und gegen
die Bestimmungen des Waffen- und Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetzes hat
die Messeleitung das Recht, den Stand des Ausstellers umgehend zu
schließen und abzubauen. Jegliche Schadenersatzansprüche sind ausgeschlossen.
Der Handel mit Fälschungen oder Nachprägungen ist verboten.

7. Other weapons and articles which may only be given to persons over
18 years of age without a license shall be safeguarded and protected in
such a way that they cannot be removed by unauthorized third parties.
8. Stands exhibiting articles requiring a license shall be supervised continually
by the holder of the license in accordance with § 21 of the WaffG or
his representative during the time in which the exhibition is open, when
setting up and dismantling the stand and, once the exhibition has ended,
until the complete clearance of the halls.
9. Every stand holder untertakes to allow the exhibition management or
the security staff to check that the items exhibited observe these conditions.
Theft, pilferage and non-delivery of firearms, ammunition, cutting or
thrust weapons must be immediately reported to the police station at
the airport (Stuttgart Airport Office), 70629 Stuttgart, tel. +49 (0)711
78780-0.
Trading during stand assembly or dismantling times at the trade fairgrounds
is not permitted.
10. The holder of the license in accordance with § 21 of the WaffG or,
if such a person is not present, the holder of the stand and, should he be
absent, his representative, shall be responsible for observing the legal pr
visions and these conditions.
11. In the event of breaches of legal regulations or conditions, the exhibition
management shall have no option but to exercise its domiciliary
right and exclude the exhibitor or visitor from further participation in the
event.
When signing the application form, the exhibitor acknowledges that, in
the event of breaches of these regulations, his stand will be closed by the
organizers, not with standing police action and, in such cases, the exhibitor
shall have no claim to the payment of damages.
Please note the enclosed information sheet of the Police Authority
Esslingen (State Security) which will be sent to the exhibitor together
with the services catalogue.
12. The regulations of the German Weapons Law and the War Weapons
Control Law shall be strictly observed.
The exhibitor undertakes to strictly observe the regulations of §86a StGB
(German Penal Code), in accordance with which, amongst other things,
exhibiting, exchanging and trading items identified with the marks and
insignias of former National Socialist organizations or provided with such
marks are forbidden.
In case of violations of the regulations of §86a StGB and of the German
Weapons Law and the War Weapons Control Law the trade fair management
has the right to close and dismantle the exhibition stand immediately.
Any compensation claims are excluded.
Trading in forgeries and counterfeit items is forbidden.
3. MIETPREISE / STANDABGRENZUNG / ENTSORGUNG
3.1 IWB: Die zur Standabgrenzung erforderlichen Trennwände sind
kostenpflichtig (vgl. 3.4). Es wurden folgende Mietpreise festgesetzt:

3. RENTAL CHARGES / STAND DEMARCATION / DISPOSAL
3.1 IWB: The partition walls used to demarcate stands shall be subject to a
charge (ref. to 3.4). The following stand hire charges have been fixed:

Das Super-Komplettangebot setzt sich aus folgenden Komponenten

Bitte beachten: Das Super-Komplettpaket kann nur mit der Anmeldung
auf dem Anmeldeformular bestellt werden. Nach erfolgter Anmeldung
kann die Bestellung des Standbaus nur noch mit dem Formular aus der
Servicemappe erfolgen, die Sie mit der Standbestätigung erhalten.
3.1 Antiquitäten.: Die zur Standabgrenzung erforderlichen Trennwände
sind kostenpflichtig (vgl. 3.4) und müssen von den Ausstellern bespannt
werden. Es wurden folgende Mietpreise festgesetzt. Preis pro m 2 :

Jeweils zuzüglich der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer
C Allgemeine Mietpreisregelungen
Bei doppelstöckigen Messeständen werden neben der Miete für die
Bodenfläche weitere 50 % der überbauten Bodenfläche berechnet.
Die Mindestgröße einer Standfläche beträgt 9 m 2 . Die Mindeststandtiefe
beträgt 3 m. Kleinere Flächen werden nur vermietet, wenn sich
solche bei der Aufplanung ergeben. Die Mindestgröße für die Zuteilung
eines Eckstandes beträgt 15 m 2 (5 x 3 m). Die Endabrechnung der
Miete erfolgt aufgrund der Vermessung durch die Messeleitung.
Jeder angefangene Quadratmeter wird voll, die Bodenfläche grundsätzlich
als Rechteck ohne Berücksichtigung von Einbauten, kleinen
Abweichungen und dergleichen berechnet.
Bitte beachten Sie die für Basis- und Komplettpakete für Standbau/
Serviceleistungen geltenden Stornogebühren:
• Bis 4 Wochen vor Aufbaubeginn gemäß 2.4 fallen keine Stornogebühren
auf Standbau-/Serviceleistungen an.

C General rules for rental
A further 50 % of the floor area upon which stands have been constructed
shall be charged in addition to the stand rental for the floor area in the case
of double-storey trade fair stands.
Stands must have a minium size of 9 sqm. The minimum stand
depth is 3 m. Smaller stand sizes are only rented if they result from the
planning and allocation works. The minimum size for the allocation of a
corner stand is 15 m²(5 x 3 metres). The final settlement of account for
the stand rent will be calculated based on the measurement carried out by
the trade fair management.
Each fraction of a square metre of floor space will be rounded off and counted
as a full square metre. Floor surfaces will always be regarded as being
rectangular, regardless of fixtures and minor deviations etc.
Please note the cancellation fees which apply to basic and complete packages
for stand construction services/other services:
• Up to 4 weeks before the start of stand construction according to 2.4
no cancellation fee for stand construction services/other services will be
levied.
• More than 1 week and less than 4 weeks before the start of stand
construction according to 2.4 50 % cancellation fee for stand construction
services/other services.
• Less than 1 week before start of stand construction according to 2.4
100 % cancellation fee for stand construction services/other services.
• In each of the 3 above-mentioned cases, however, the exhibitor shall
be entitled to produce evidence to the effect that LMS did not incur any
losses or only negligent losses.

Sofern die Stornierung durch die LMS grob fahrlässig oder vorsätzlich
verschuldet wurde bzw. die Voraussetzungen der §§ 323, 324, 326 BGB
vorliegen, fallen keine Stornogebühren an.
Die Miete und alle sonstigen Entgelte sind Nettopreise, zu denen zusätzlich
die Mehrwertsteuer in der jeweiligen gesetzlichen Höhe ausgewiesen
wird und zu entrichten ist.
Zur Haftungsvermeidung, insbesondere für Beschädigungsrisiken,
empfehlen wir dringend den Abschluss einer Ausstellungsversicherung
gemäß Antrag in den Serviceunterlagen (siehe auch 5.4. der
Allgemeinen Teilnahmebedingungen).
Soweit nicht von der angebotenen Möglichkeit des Abschlusses einer
Ausstellungsversicherung gemäß Antrag 7.0 der Serviceunterlagen
Gebrauch gemacht wird, ergeben sich Hinweise zur Haftung für Beschädigungsrisiken
und dem bestehenden Versicherungsschutz aus den
Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der jeweiligen Servicepartner gemäß
den Serviceunterlagen.
3.2 Mitaussteller
Die Aufnahme eines Mitausstellers (siehe 1.4 und 3 der Allgemeinen
Teilnahmebedingungen) muss bei der LMS schriftlich unter Angabe der
vollständigen Anschrift inkl. Ansprechpartner beantragt werden.
Für die Genehmigung eines Mitausstellers und Aufnahme in das Werbe-
und Mediensystem ist eine Marketing- und Medienpauschale von
q 60,00 zu entrichten. Leistungen siehe 6.
3.3 AUMA-Beitrag
Der Veranstalter hat sich verpflichtet, den AUMA-Beitrag in Höhe von
q 0,60 je m 2 -Ausstellungsfläche (Halle und Freigelände) von seinen
Ausstellern zu erheben und dem Ausstellungs- und Messe-Ausschuss
der Deutschen Wirtschaft e.V. (AUMA) zuzuleiten. Die Beiträge werden
getrennt in Rechnung gestellt. Als Spitzenverband der Deutschen Messewirtschaft
vertritt der AUMA die Interessen von Ausstellern, Besuchern
und Veranstaltern; er informiert und berät Messeinteressenten
aus dem In- und Ausland.
3.4 Abgrenzung der Standfläche/Standbegrenzungswände
Es ist eine bauliche Abgrenzung der Standfläche zu den Nachbarständen
vorgeschrieben. Falls Sie kein eigenes Standbausystem haben
oder kein Standbausystem über die LMS anmieten, sind blickdichte,
2,5 m hohe Standbegrenzungswände (Rück- und Seitenwände) zwingend
erforderlich. Die kostenpflichtigen Standbegrenzungswände sind
nicht in der Standflächenmiete enthalten. Diese werden obligatorisch
mit Ihrer Anmeldung für Sie bestellt, sofern Sie uns nicht durch Fotos
oder Skizzen nachweisen, dass Sie ein eigenes Standbausystem haben,
mit dem Sie an der Ausstellung teilnehmen, bzw. ein Standbausystem
über die LMS anmieten.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle fünf Laufmeter Trennwand eine Stützwand
gestellt werden muss.
Falls Sie keine Standbegrenzungswände bestellen, Ihre Standfläche jedoch
von unseren Standbegrenzungswänden des Standnachbarn bzw.
von vorhandenen Standbegrenzungswänden umgeben ist, so werden
deren Benutzungsmöglichkeiten zu den in den Formularen 1.9/1.10 der
Serviceunterlagen genannten Konditionen in Rechnung gestellt.
3.5 Fußbodenbeläge
Die vom Aussteller im Anmeldeformular bestellte bzw. von der LMS
bestätigte Bodenfläche wird von der LMS gekennzeichnet. Es ist vorgeschrieben,
diese Grundfläche mit einem Fußbodenbelag auszustatten.
Der kostenpflichtige Fußbodenbelag ist nicht in der Standflächenmiete
enthalten. Dieser wird obligatorisch mit Ihrer Anmeldung für Sie
bestellt, sofern Sie nicht in Ihrer Anmeldung angeben, mit einem eigenen/gemieteten
Bodenbelag (Brandschutzklasse DIN 4102 B1) an der
Ausstellung teilzunehmen.
3.6 Entsorgung
Der Aussteller ist für die Reinigung und Abfallentsorgung seines Messestandes
verantwortlich. Er ist verpflichtet und verantwortlich für die
sortenreine Trennung der anfallenden Abfälle nach Wert- und Reststoffen.
Am Abend eines jeden Auf- und Abbautages müssen sämtliche
Abfälle aus den Hallen entfernt werden, oder in den vorgeschriebenen
Behältnissen der Messe Stuttgart zur Entsorgung bereitgestellt sein,
die von unserem Servicepartner fachgerecht entsorgt werden.
If cancellation by the LMS was due to gross negligence or intent, or the
provisions of § 323, § 324 and § 326 of the German Federal Law Gazette
apply, no cancellation fees shall be invoiced.
All our prices (incl. stand rentals) are net. The statutory VAT indicated has
to be added and paid.
To avoid liabilities, especially for damages we strongly recommend
insurance cover for which an application form can be found in the
services catalogue (see also 5.4. of the General Exhibiting Conditions).
If no use is made of the offer to take out an exhibition insurance according
to order form 7.0 of the services catalogue, information on liability with
regard to risks of damage and the existing insurance cover is given in the
General Terms and Conditions of the respective service partners listed in
the services catalogue.
3.2 Co-exhibitors
A written application for registration of co-exhibitors (see 1.4 and 3 of
the General Exhibiting Conditions) must be sent to LMS, showing the full
name and address incl. name of a contact person.
A marketing and media flat rate of € 60.00 must be paid for approval and
inclusion of each co-exhibitor in the advertising/media systems. Details
see 6.
3.3 AUMA Contribution
The organiser shall be obliged to levy the AUMA contribution of € 0.60
per sq m of exhibition space (hall and outside) from its exhibitors and pass
it on to the Ausstellungs- und Messe-Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft
e.V. (AUMA). The contributions shall be invoiced separately. As
a leading organisation in the German trade fair and exhibition industry,
AUMA represents the interests of exhibitors, visitors and organisers; it
informs and advises prospective German and foreign exhibitors at trade
fairs and exhibitions.
3.4 Demarcation of stand space/Stand partition walls
Regulations stipulate the physical partitions of areas to adjacent stands. If
you do not have your own stand construction system and also do not rent
a stand construcion system through LMS, non-transparent stand partition
walls, 2.5 m high (rear and side walls) are compulsory. The costs for
stand partition walls are not include in the rent for the stand place. We
will automatically order them for you on receipt of your registration unless
you prove to us by either photos or sketches that you have your own
stand construction system which you will use for the event, or unless you
order a stand construction system from LMS.
Please note that a supporting wall is required for every 5 lin. metres of
stand partition wall.
If you do not order any stand partition walls, but your stand is either surrounded
by our stand partition walls used for the neighbouring stand or
by already existing stand partition walls, the use of these walls shall be invoiced
to you according to the conditions stipulated in the forms 1.9/1.10
of the services catalogue.
3.5 Floor covering
The stand area which the exhibitor ordered in the registration form respectively
which LMS confirmed will be marked by LMS. It is mandatory
to equip this area with floor covering. The stand area hire fee does not include
the cost of floor covering. We will automatically order floor covering
for you on receipt of your registration unless you indicate in the registration
form that you will use your own or hired floor covering (fire protection
classification DIN 4201 B1) during the event.
3.6 Waste disposal
The exhibitor shall be responsible for cleaning his stand and disposing
of waste during the stand construction and dismantling periods, and
through out the duration of the exhibition. He shall also be responsible for
separating waste into valuable and residual materials. On the evening of
any stand construction and dismantling day, all waste shall be removed
from the halls or placed in the prescribed containers of Messe Stuttgart
for disposal. This waste shall then be properly disposed by our service
partner.

3.7 Miet-Ausstellungstische (1,80 x 0,70 m) werden von der Messeleitung,
solange Vorrat reicht, zur Verfügung gestellt. Daher empfiehlt sich
eine rechtzeitige schriftliche Reservierung der benötigten Tische (siehe
Anmeldeformular).
Es ist nicht gestattet, Abfälle während der Auf- und Abbauzeit in
den Gängen zu lagern. Abfälle, die dennoch in den Gängen liegen,
werden von unserer Vertragsfirma kostenpflichtig mit erhöhten Gebühren
entsorgt.
Wir verweisen hier ausdrücklich auf das Formular 4.1. der Serviceunterlagen.
3.7 Exhibition tables for hire (1.80 x 0.70m) will be supplied by the exhibition
management until stocks run out. It is therefore recommended to
reserve the required tables in time and in writing (see registration form).
Waste may not be stored in the aisles during the stand erection and
dismantling periods. However, if waste is stored in the aisles, our
contractor shall dispose of it at a higher charge.

4. ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
4.1 Die Miete ist sofort nach Erhalt der Rechnung zu 50 % und der Restbetrag
bis spätestens 6 Wochen vor Beginn der Veranstaltung fällig.
Vor vollständiger Bezahlung der Miete (sofern nicht die Voraussetzungen
von 5.7 der Allgemeinen Teilnahmebedingungen vorliegen)
erhält der Aussteller weder Ausweise zur Zugangsberechtigung, noch
eine Aufbaukarte und die Erlaubnis zum Standaufbau.
4.2 Zahlungen sind ohne Abzüge zu leisten an die Landesmesse

4.3 Rechnungen für Sonderleistungen der LMS und Handwerksfirmen
sind direkt jeweils am Tag der Rechnungserteilung zahlbar.
4.4 Beanstandungen von Rechnungen müssen innerhalb einer Ausschlussfrist
von 14 Tagen nach Rechnungserteilung schriftlich gegenüber
der LMS geltend gemacht werden.
4.5 Im Falle der Zahlung nach Fälligkeit oder des sonstigen Zahlungsverzugs
bestimmen sich unsere Ansprüche gemäß § 288 BGB.
4.6 Für alle nicht erfüllten Verpflichtungen des Ausstellers behält sich
die LMS vor, das Vermieterpfandrecht geltend zu machen. Erfüllt der
Aussteller seine Verpflichtungen gegenüber der LMS nicht innerhalb
der ihm gesetzten Frist, so ist die LMS berechtigt, die dem Pfandrecht
unterworfenen Sachen einen Monat nach schriftlicher Ankündigung
versteigern zu lassen oder, sofern sie einen Börsen- oder Marktpreis
haben, freihändig zu verkaufen. Für Beschädigung oder Verlust des
Pfandguts wird - außer im Falle von Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit
- keine Haftung übernommen.
4. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
4.1 50 % of the stand rent is due immediately upon receipt of the bill, the
remainder 6 weeks before the start of the trade fair at the latest. Until the
stand hire charge is paid in full (unless the conditions of 5.7 of the General
Exhibiting Conditions apply), the exhibitor shall receive neither IDs
allowing admission to the event nor a stand construction card and permission
to build the stand.

4.3 Accounts for any special services by LMS and by the firms carrying out
work are due on the day rendered.
4.4 Complaints regarding invoices shall be sent in writing to LMS
within an exclusion period of 14 days after the invoice has been
issued.
4.5 If payment is made after the due date or in other cases of delayed payment,
our claims shall be determined in accordance with § 288 German
Civil Code (BGB).
4.6 With regard to all non-fulfilled obligations of the exhibitor, LMS
shall reserve the right to enforce the hirer‘s lien. If the exhibitor does not
comply with his obligations towards LMS within the period granted,
the latter shall be entitled to auction the seized goods one month after
announcing this in writing or, if the goods have a stock market or market
price, to sell them privately. No liability shall be accepted for damage to
or loss of the seized goods - apart from cases of intention or gross negligence.
5. VERKAUF / MUSTERABGABE
5.1 Beim Verkauf von Ausstellungsstücken ist der Aussteller verpflichtet,
die Verkaufsobjekte mit deutlich lesbaren Preisschildern zu versehen
und die Vorschriften über Preisauszeichnung einzuhalten. Die Beschaffung
und Einhaltung von gewerbe- und gesundheitspolizeilichen
Genehmigungen ist ausschließlich Sache des Ausstellers.
5.2 Zuwiderhandlungen gegen die 5.1 berechtigen die LMS, unbeschadet
der Weiterhaftung des Ausstellers für die volle Miete, nach vorheriger
Abmahnung zur sofortigen Schließung des Standes und zum
Ausschluss von der Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung gegebenenfalls
auch an künftigen Veranstaltungen; ein Schadensersatzanspruch des
Ausstellers besteht diesbezüglich nicht. Die LMS ist berechtigt, alle erforderlichen
Kontrollen, auch von Personen und deren Gepäck, innerhalb
des Messegeländes sowie an den Ausgängen zu diesem Zwecke
durchzuführen.
5. SALES / DISTRIBUTION OF SAMPLES
5.1 When selling exhibits the exhibitor must tag them with clearly legible
price labels and observe the regulations for price-labelling. The exhibitor
shall be solely responsible for obtaining and observing permits from
health and safety inspectors.
5.2 In the event of violation of the conditions laid down in 5.1, LMS shall
be entitled, irrespective of the further liability of the exhibitor for the full
stand hire charge, to close the stand immediately and exclude the exhibitor
from taking part in the event after first issuing a warning. If necessary,
the exhibitor may also be excluded from taking part in future events. The
exhibitor shall have no grounds for claiming compensation in such cases.
LMS shall be entitled to perform any necessary checks, including those
on persons and their luggage, on the trade fairgrounds and at the exits for
this purpose.

5.3 Die Abgabe von Speisen und Getränken gegen Entgelt ist genehmigungspflichtig.
Darüber hinaus unterliegt die Abgabe von Speisen und
Getränken an Ort und Stelle zusätzlich einer Erlaubnispflicht nach dem
Gaststätten-Gesetz. Es wird ausdrücklich auf das Formular 7.3 „Anmeldung
zur Abgabe von Speisen und Getränken“ hingewiesen. Zuständig
ist das Bürger- und Ordnungsamt der Stadt 70771 Leinfelden-Echterdingen,
Marktplatz 1.
5.3 The dispensing of food and beverages against payment requires
official approval. Moreover, the dispensing of food on the site is subject
to permission in accordance with catering trade regulations. We expressly
refer you to form 7.3. “Registration to hand-out food and drink“.
The responsible authority is the public affairs office (Bürger- und Ordnungsamt),

6. KATALOG / INTERNET / ELEKTRONISCHES

Mit der Standmietrechnung wird eine Medienpauschale von q 60,00
erhoben.
Die Medienpauschale enthält (bei Anmeldung vor Redaktionsschluss):

(max. 3 Zeilen)

Wird noch von der LMS bekannt gegeben.
Die LMS weist ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass, mit Ausnahme des von der
LMS beauftragten Verlages keine Dritte, auch keine anderen Verlage
mit der Erstellung von Ausstellerverzeichnissen – insbesondere von solchen
nach der Durchführung mit der Ausstellung – beauftragt sind bzw.
beauftragt werden. Soweit diesbezügliche Angebote an die Aussteller
gehen sollten, handelt es sich um Eigeninitiative von Dritten, die in keinerlei
Beziehung zu der LMS stehen.
6. CATALOGUE / INTERNET / ELECTRONIC VISITOR
INFORMATION SYSTEM
We will charge a media flat rate of € 60.00 with the stand hire invoice.
The media flat rate comprises (if you register before the editorial deadline):
• Entry of the company address in the alphabetical list of exhibitors (max.
3 lines)
• Entry of max. 5 product groups in the internet list.
Entry in:
• the official trade fair catalogue/magazine
• the online catalogue in the Internet
• the electronic visitor information system

We refer to Section 18 of the General Exhibiting Conditions.
Catalogue publisher:
Will be announced by LMS
LMS would like to emphasise that, with the exception of the publisher
chosen by LMS, no third parties whatsoever, including other publishers,
have or will be commissioned to print exhibitor directories, especially after
the exhibition.
If related offers are sent to exhibitors, they are personal initiatives of
third parties and have no connection whatsoever with LMS.
7. AUSSTELLER- UND ARBEITSAUSWEISE
Ergänzend zu Pos. 12 der Allgemeinen Teilnahmebedingungen gilt folgende
Regelung:
Sofern in der Standbestätigung nichts anderes aufgeführt ist, erhält
jeder Aussteller in der Regel für die ersten 20 m 2 Ausstellungsfläche
4 kostenlose Ausweise, für jede weiteren 10 m 2 je einen bis zu einer
Höchstzahl von 20 Stück. Gilt nur für IWB: Weitere Ausweise können
darüber hinaus grundsätzlich nicht gekauft werden.
Die Ausweise werden nur bei rechtzeitigem Zahlungseingang vor Messebeginn
verschickt.
Die Ausstellerausweise gelten auch während der Dauer des Auf- und
Abbaus. Auf- und Abbauausweise werden daher nicht ausgegeben.
7. EXHIBITORS’ AND EMPLOYEE PASSES
The following provision shall apply in addition to item 12 of the General
Exhibiting Conditions:
Unless shown otherwise in the stand confirmation, every exhibitor shall
normally receive four free passes for the first 20 m 2 of stand space and for
each further 10 m 2 of stand space another free pass up to the maximum of
20 free passes. Additional passes may definitely not be purchased (only
for IWB).
The passes shall only be sent to the exhibitor if payment is made on time
before the beginning of the exhibition.
The exhibitor passes are also valid during the stand construction and dimantling
periods. Special stand construction and dismantling passes are
therefore not issued.
