Der einzige Grand, weshalb es Organisationen gibt, ist die Aufgabe, IHREN
MITGLIEDERN MATERIALIEN UND DIENSTE GEGEN EINE SPENDE
ANZUBIETEN UND ZU GEBEN UND PERSONEN AUS DER ÖFFENTLICHKEIT
HEREINZUHOLEN, DENEN MAN DIESE ANBIETEN UND GEBEN KANN. DIE
ZIEI.SETZUNG IST VOLLKOMMEN BEFREITE WESEN.
Sowohl die erste als auch alle nachfolgenden Organisationen der Kirche wurden
ausschließlich zu diesem Zweck gegründet.
Es war für ein einziges Wesen offensichtlich unmöglich, 2,5 Milliarden
Menschen individuell auszubilden und zu auditieren. Die Zeit allein hätte dies
verhindert.
Daher wurde Hilfe gebraucht.
Jeder Posten in jeder Organisation ist dazu da, die Organisation aufrechtzuerhalten
und dies zu erreichen.
Sehen Sie, wir haben es hier nicht mit „bloß einer weiteren Methode zur
Selbsthilfe" zu tun oder einem Weg, „der bewirken soll, dass sich Leute besser fühlen",
Mit diesem Universum ist es nur aus einem Grund bergab gegangen - Mangel an
Technologie, um die Probleme des Verstandes und die von Wesen zu lösen.
Kürzliche Forschung hat Folgendes bestätigt: Mit dem Universum selbst ist rein
gar nichts verkehrt. Aber unterdrück er ische Personen und Gruppen haben sich

Forschungen bestätigt - existiert die Technologie, um dieses Chaos umzukehren.
Eine Organisation und jeder Mitarbeiter ist dazu da, für ihre Anwendung zu sorgen.

Rechenmaschine eintippen kann, beständig vorangeschritten ist.
Zum allerersten Mal überhaupt haben Sie diese Chance, Und Sie werden es
verwirklichen, indem Sie einfach Richtlinien und Tech beherrschen und
unnachgiebig anwenden.
Ich habe Sie niemals angelogen oder betrogen und was ich Ihnen jetzt sage, ist
wahr. Ich würde die Tatsachen verfälschen, wenn ich Ihnen irgendetwas anderes
sagte als die Fakten in diesem Richtlinienbrief, Hier ist es also! Es mag wohl groß
und ehrfurchtgebietend erscheinen, aber es ist eine Tatsache. Sie haben es nicht mit
etwas Oberflächlichem zu tun.
Und das ist der Grund, weshalb es Posten und Organisationen gibt: um den Gang
alles bisherigen Geschehens zu verändern und um das Dasein in seiner Gesamtheit
nach seinem langem Sturz wieder aufwärts zu wenden,
Oh ja, natürlich werden die Niederträchtigen Sie anflehen, es nicht zu tun; sie
werden versuchen, Richtlinien zu verdrehen und Tech zu verfälschen; sie werden
Schwierigkeiten verursachen und höhnen und lügen und Sie zu entmutigen oder
stoppen versuchen. Aber genau darum ist es ja so schlimm geworden - und dies
waren die Kreaturen, die es getan haben. Und kein lohnendes Ziel wurde je erreicht,
ohne dass sich einige Hindernisse in den Weg stellten oder beharrliche Hingabe
erforderlich war.
Also: Sorgen Sie dafür, dass es geschieht!

THE REASON FOR ORGS
The only reason orgs exist is TO SELL AND DELIVER MATERIALS AND
SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC AND GET IN PUBLIC TO SELL AND DELIVER TO.
THE OBJECT IS TOTALLY FREED BEINGS!
The first and all subsequent organizations of the Church were founded for this
purpose only.
It was manifestly impossible for one being to individually train and audit 2.5
billion people. Time alone would have prevented it.
Thus help was needed.
Every post in every org exists to keep the org there and accomplish this.
You see, we are not dealing with "just another self-help subject" or a "make
people feel better."
This universe has been going downhill for just one reason — lack of tech to
resolve the problems of the mind and beings.
Recent research has confirmed this: There is nothing whatever the matter with
the universe itself. But suppressive persons and groups have specialized in caving
people in. And they had no tech whatever to undo their vicious actions.
So what emerged was a universal population stuffed with lies and artificial
disabilities who have been brought almost to the point of obliteration.
For the first time ever—and this is confirmed with careful historical research—
the tech exists to reverse this chaos.
An org and every staff member is there to get it applied.
Where we are this instant in time is at the reverse point of the universe. You are
the one who will make it happen.
And you will do it by selling and delivering materials and service to the public
you get in and keeping the orgs there so they can and will do it.
You have the tech now, you have the policy. It is you who are applying it.

And by applying it, you have it in your power to reverse the dwindling spiral that
has gone on without pause for more years than you can get into an Earth calculator.
For the first time ever you have this chance. And it is you who, just by knowing
and using relentlessly the policy and tech, will make it happen.
I have never lied to you or conned you and what I tell you now is true. I would
be falsifying if I told you other than the facts in this policy letter. So there it is! It
may seem large and awesome but it is a fact. You are not engaged in anything
superficial.
And that is the reason posts and orgs exist: to change the course of all things past
and send the whole of existence back upward from its long plunge.
Oh, of course the unholy will beg you not to do it, will try to pervert policy and
corrupt tech, will cause trouble and mock and lie and try to discourage or stop you.
But that's the reason things went bad—and those were the creatures that did it. And
no objective worth obtaining was ever achieved without some barriers arising or
industrious dedication.
So: Make it happen!

La seule raison pour laquelle les orgs existent est de VENDRE ET DE FOURNIR
DES MATÉRIAUX ET DES SERVICES AU PUBLIC, ET DE FAIRE VENIR DES
MEMBRES DU PUBLIC À QUI VENDRE ET FOURNIR. L'OBJECTIF ; DES ÊTRES
TOTALEMENT LIBÉRÉS !
La première organisation de l'Église et toutes celles qui suivent ont été fondées
dans ce seul et unique but.
Il était manifestement impossible à un être seul d'entraîner et d'auditer individuellement
2 milliards et demi de personnes. Le temps à lui seul ne l'aurait pas permis.
Il fallait donc de l'aide.
Chaque poste dans chaque organisation existe pour assurer la perpétuation de
I'org et atteindre ce but.
Vous voyez, nous n'avons pas affaire à « un autre sujet sur l'auto-amélioration »
et il ne s'agit pas de « faire en sorte que les gens se sentent mieux ».
Cet univers s'est trouvé sur la mauvaise pente pour une seule raison : l'absence
d'une tech pour résoudre les problèmes du mental et des êtres.
Des recherches récentes l'ont confirmé : en soi, il n'y a rien qui cloche du tout
dans cet univers. Mais des personnes et des groupes suppressifs se sont spécialisés
dans l'effondrement de l'individu. Déplus, ils n'avaient absolument aucune tech pour
réparer leurs actions malveillantes.
Et c'est ainsi qu'on se retrouve avec une population universelle bourrée de
mensonges et d'incapacités artificielles, à deux doigts de l'anéantissement.
C'est la toute première fois — une recherche historique méticuleuse l'a confirmé
— que la tech existe pour renverser le chaos,
Les orgs et chaque membre du staff sont là pour appliquer la tech.
À cet instant même, nous sommes sur le point de revirement de l'univers. C'est
vous qui allez faire que cela se passe.

Et vous y arriverez en vendant et en fournissant des matériaux et des services au
public que vous ferez venir, et en assurant la perpétuation des orgs afin qu'elles
puissent en faire autant et qu'elles le fassent.
Vous avez la tech à présent ; vous avez la politique administrative. C'est vous qui
les appliquez.
Et en les appliquant, vous êtes à même de renverser cette spirale descendante qui
s'est poursuivie sans trêve pendant plus d'années que l'on ne peut en entrer dans une
machine à calculer terrestre.
Et pour la toute première fois, vous avez cette chance. Et c'est vous qui, rien qu'en
sachant et en appliquant sans relâche la politique administrative et la tech, allez faire
que cela se passe.
Je ne vous ai jamais menti, je ne vous ai jamais trompé, et ce que je vous dis
maintenant est vrai. Je dénaturerais les faits si je vous disais autre chose que ce qui
est écrit dans cette lettre de politique administrative. Alors, voila ! Cela peut paraître
énorme et effrayant, mais c'est un fait. Vous n'êtes pas engagé dans quelque chose de
superficiel.
C'est la raison d'être des postes et des orgs : changer le cours de tous les événements
passés et opérer un revirement de l'existence tout entière pour quelle remonte la
pente de son long plongeon.
Oh ! Bien sûr, les impies vous supplieront de n'en rien faire, ils essaieront de
pervertir la politique administrative et de corrompre la tech, ils causeront des ennuis,
et se moqueront, ils mentiront et tenteront de vous décourager et de vous arrêter.
Mais c'est justement pour cela que les choses ont mal tourné, et ce sont ces mêmes
créatures qui en sont responsables. Et aucun objectif qui vaille la peine d'être atteint
ne l'a jamais été sans que des barrières surviennent et sans un dévouement et un
travail assidus.
