-MASTER ® Abisolier- und Verdrillgerät
Das Abisolier -u. Verdrillgerät zeichnet sich durch seine besondere Leistung aus - Leiterquerschnitte von 0,01 - 6 mm 2 aus PVC,
Glasfaser, Teflon und andere Isolationen können damit abisoliert und verdrillt werden. Der Revolver-Abisolierkopf verfügt über 8
Einheiten, welche den Durchmesserbereich von 0,1 - 5,7 mm abdecken.
Die kurze Anlauf- und Stopzeit ergibt eine große Produktionsleistung. Mit einem Umschalter kann der Links- oder Rechtslauf des
Abisolierkopfes eingestellt werden.
Der Abisoliervorgang wird elektrisch durch ein Fußpedal gesteuert, d.h. das Gerät kann ohne Änderung auch in eine Produktionsstraße
integriert werden.
Die Abisoliermesser rotieren solange das Fußpedal betätigt wird, dies ermöglicht eine optimale Anpassung an die zu verarbeitende
Isolation - PVC, Glasfaser, Teflon, Gummi etc.

The strip & twist machine has many special performance features. It strips and twists inner cable cross section from 0,01 - 6mm 2 ,
suitable for PVC, teflon, glass fibre, rubber insulation etc. The revolver head has 8 positions, which is individually adjustable and
can be set for ø from 0,1 - 5,7 mm.
The high speed START and STOP action permits a high rate of ouput. The reversing switch controls clockwise or anti-clockwise
revolution of the stripping head to suit the conformation of the cable being stripped. The stripper action
is electrically activated by the foot pedal and can be integrated into a production line.
