Fee-based cloak rooms are available in the registration area
and the mezzanine floor.

The download of the Congress Lectures is available to all Congress
Participants after the event at www.internetworld-messe.de.
Access is password protected. The password will be sent
automatically by e-mail to all Congress Participants after the event.
Please note, that not all speakers approve the download of their
lecture. To be sure if your requested presentations will be available,
please talk to the speakers directly.

The Speakers and Press Lounge is the meeting place for Congress
Speakers and accredited Press representatives. Admission is only
possible with the relevant name badge. The Lounge is located in the
foyer next to the registration and is marked on the plan on page 35.

A supermarket is located in the Shopping
Center Riem Arcaden.
W-LAN:
Free wi-fi is available at the Fair Ground.

After opening your Browser the ICM landing page will be displayed.
