FREE SPOOL SYSTEM<br />
The Free Spool System mechanism disengages the<br />
main drag, allowing the reel to give line against a<br />
running fish when it picks up the bait. This provides<br />
a reliable, smooth setting which is adjustable to<br />
suit conditions.<br />

The spool is re-engaged by just a quarter turn of the<br />
reel handle or manually as shown. As soon as the<br />
mechanism is disengaged, the reel returns to the<br />
preset main drag, allowing the angler to safely play<br />
the fish.<br />
