• Der zu glasierende Artikel wird über ein
Zuführband mit Abstaubkabine der Anlage zugeführt.
In einer Zentrierstation erfolgt die exakte
Zentrierung. Eine Übergabevorrichtung hält die
Artikel von oben fest und setzt sie auf die Glasurtöpfe
ab. Nach erfolgtem Glasiervorgang werden
die glasierten Teile über zwei Trockenstationen
bis zur Abnahmestation weitergetaktet. Eine
Abnahmevorrichtung übergibt die Artikel auf ein
doppelläufiges Schwamm- und Abführband.
• Beim Glasiervorgang wird der zu glasierende
Artikel auf einen, mit einer bestimmten Glasurmenge
gefüllten, Glasurtopf aufgesetzt. Dann
schwenkt der sich drehende Glasurtopf mit dem
aufgesetzten Teil in die Glasurwanne ein. Durch
die Schwenk- und Drehbewegung wird der Boden
des Artikels mit Glasur benetzt. Gleichzeitig wird
der Artikel so lange in der Glasurwanne gedreht,
bis auch die Oberfläche optimal mit Glasur
umspült ist.
• Die Glasiertöpfe schwenken aus der Glasurwanne
heraus und takten weiter. Der Glasurvorgang
beginnt erneut.
• Alle Bewegungsabläufe sind computergesteuert
und können frei programmiert werden.
Die einzelnen Parameter werden in bis zu 80
Programmen abgespeichert und können jederzeit
abgerufen werden.

plant via a feeding belt with dusting booth.
Precise centring is done in a centring station.
A transfer device grips the articles from above
and sets them down on the glazing pots. After
completion of the glazing procedure, the glazed
articles are moved forward in cycles through two
drying stations and then to the unloading station.
An unloading device transfers the articles onto a
twin sponge and transport belt.
• During glazing, the article to be glazed is
placed on a glazing pot, previously filled with a
set glaze amount. Then the rotating glaze pot, with
the article, is dipped into the glaze tub. Due to the
swinging and rotating movement, the underside
of the article is covered with glaze. At the same
time, the article is rotated in the glaze tub until the
entire surface is perfectly covered with glaze.
• The glaze pots are lifted out of the glaze tub
and moved on in cycles. The glazing procedure
then starts again.
• All movements are computer controlled and
can be programmed as required. Individual
parameters (and up to 80 programmes) can be
stored and retrieved when required.
