Die Typen 7400E und 7401 Rigidlok Kupplung von Gruvlok ® bietet
eine starre, fixierte Rohrverbindung für genutete Rohrenden.
Die Kupplungsinstallation ist schnell und einfach; entfernen Sie
nur eine Mutter und schwenken Sie das Gehäuse über die Dichtung
und in die Riefen. Die exklusive Guidelok ® Funktion trennt
automatisch die gerieften Rohrenden und bringt die Kupplung
beim Anziehen der Schrauben in Position. Präzise ausgemessene
und ausgerichtete Zähne im Bereich der Nutflanken packen das
Rohr fest. Die Kombination dieser eingebauten Eigenschaften
schafft eine sichere, starre Rohrstoßverbindung.
Die Kupplung wurde für den Gebrauch mit einem gedreht-gerieften
oder gerollt-gerieften Rohr, wie auch mit am Ende gerieften
Fittingen und Ventilen entwickelt. Die Rigidlok Kupplung bietet
eine starre Verbindung mit Halterung und Aufhängung in Übereinstimmung
mit dem maßgeblichen ANSI B31.1 Power Piping Code,
dem ANSI B31.9 Building Service Pipe Code, wie auch den NFPA
13 Sprinkleranlagen.
Der Typ 7400E ermöglicht Arbeitsdrücke bis zu 20,7 bar (300 psi).
Der Typ 7401 ermöglicht Arbeitsdrücke bis zu 51,7 bar (750 psi).
The Type 7400E and 7401 Rigidlok Coupling from Gruvlok ® provides
a rigid, locked in pipe connection for grooved pipe ands.
Coupling installation is fast and easy, remove only one nut and
swing the housing over the gasket and into the grooves. The
exclusive Guidelok ® feature automatically separates the grooved
pipe ends and guides the coupling into position as the bolts are
tightened. Precisely sized and oriented tines in the housing key
section firmly grip the pipe. The combination of these designed in
features produce a secure, rigid pipe joint connection.
The Coupling is designed for use with roll grooved or cut
grooved standard weight and roll grooved light-weight pipe, as
well as with grooved-end fittings and valves. The Rigidlok Coupling
maintains a rigid connection with support and hanging in
conformance with applicable ANSI B31.1 Power Piping Code,
ANSI B31.9 Building Service Pipe Code as well as NFPA 13
sprinkler systems.
The Type 7400E allows for working pressure ratings to 300 psi
(20,7 bar).
The Type 7401 allows for working pressure ratings to 750 psi
(51.7 bar).
