ROBOPAC, established in 1982, is world leader in the stretch fi lm wrapping
technology with a production of over 5,000 machines/year, 70% of which
exported to the main world markets.
Four technologies have been developed by the Company: robot, turntables
and rotating arms for stretch fi lm load stabilization (core business), stretch
fi lm horizontal wrapping machines for elongated products, shrink fi lm
packaging machines and taping machines.
Thanks to a worldwide capillary distribution network and to the spare parts
servicing centers present in our foreign affi liates, ROBOPAC ensures a quick
and decisive after sales service.
AETNA GROUP
AETNA GROUP produces and sells on a worldwide basis stretch fi lm
wrapping machinery, bundlers, shrink fi lm wrappers, cartoning and taping
machines. The Group counts 400 employees of which 70 servicemen
engaged in the After Sales Department. 80,000 machines sold and installed
worldwide with a yearly turnover of over 75 million Euros.
Four production plants are, ROBOPAC, ROBOPAC SISTEMI, DIMAC and
PENTATEC, a joint venture in India, ROBOPAC PERKS, a network of over

Das Unternehmen hat vier verschiedene Technologien entwickelt: Roboter,
Drehteller und -arme für die Stabilisierung von Lasten mit Stretchfolie (Core
Business), waagrechte Stretchfolien-Wickelmaschinen für Produkte mit
länglicher Form, Maschinen für die Aufbringung von Schrumpffolien und
Bandwickelmaschinen. Über ein kapillares, weltweit vertretenes Vertriebsnetz
und die in den ausländischen Filialen betriebenen technischen Servicezentren und
Ersatzteillager versichert ROBOPAC einen raschen und wirksamen Kundendienst.
AETNA GROUP erzeugt und vertreibt weltweit Maschinen für die Umhüllung und
Verpackung mit Stretchfolie, Schrumpfbündelmaschinen, Schrumpffolien-
Verpackungsmaschinen, Kartonverpackungsmaschinen und Bandwickelmaschinen.
Der Konzern beschäftigt 400 Mitarbeiter, wovon 70 Techniker mit dem
Kundendienst beauftragt sind. Bei einem Jahresumsatz von über 75 Millionen
Euro wurden bereits 80.000 Maschinen in alle Welt verkauft und installiert.
Der Konzern baut auf vier Produktionswerken (ROBOPAC, ROBOPAC SISTEMI,
DIMAC und PENTATEC) einer Joint Venture in Indien (ROBOPAC PERKS) und
einem Netz mir über 270 Vertretern und Händlern sowie 4 Filialen in Frankreich,

ROBOT WORKER
Worker is the solid and reliable stretch wrapping robot for palletized
loads. Born from Robopac’s twenty years of experience, Worker has
been realized following the design, constructive and safety criteria used
on robots having higher performances. Worker is the agile and compact
wrapping machine that is born from the experience matured in the sale of
over 15,000 ROBOPAC robots. Worker is easy to use but at the same time
it has been studied for a typical industrial use, keeping into consideration
the most different and heavy work conditions.
Reliability and top performances come from great attention paid to all
manufacturing steps and from exhaustive tests carried out on both
mechanical and electronic components. The new control panel gives easy
access and reading to all the available machine functions and settings.
Due to its technological content and great fl exibility of use Worker is an
excellent stretch wrap machine. A begin of wrap cycle beeper, a safety
blinking light fl ashing during operation, the safety stop emergency button
and the emergency bumper guarantee high safety standards.
The use of Worker in harsh working conditions is possible due to the wide
use of quality metal components, highly resistant plastic materials and
heavy duty rubber wheels.

Worker ist ein solider und zuverlässiger Roboter zum Einwickeln von
Palettenladungen. Als Ergebnis der zwanzigjährigen Erfahrung von Robopac
wurde Worker nach Konstruktions-, Bau- und Sicherheitskriterien gefertigt, die
zur Herstellung von Robotern mit Höchstleistungen angewandt werden. Worker
ist ein wendiges und kompaktes Verpackungsgerät, das aus der Erfahrung des
Verkaufs von mehr als 15000 ROBOPAC-Robotern entstand. Worker ist einfach
zu benutzen, wurde aber gleichzeitig für einen typischen Einsatz in der Industrie
entwickelt, wobei die unterschiedlichsten und schwersten Arbeitsbedingungen
berücksichtigt wurden. Die Sorgfalt für jedes Detail der Konstruktion und die an
den mechanischen und elektronischen Bestandteilen durchgeführten Tests haben
zur Entwicklung einer zuverlässigen Maschine mit optimalen Leistungen geführt.
Die neue Bedienblende ermöglicht einen bequemen Zugang zu den Steuerungen
und eine übersichtliche Veranschaulichung der Betriebseinstellungen. Die
technischen Merkmale und die Vielseitigkeit im Gebrauch machen Worker zu
einer optimalen Verpackungsmaschine. Technische Lösungen, wie das akustische
Signal bei Zyklusbeginn, das während des Umwickelns des Produkts sichtbare
Blinklicht, der Notaus-Schalter und die Not-Stoßfänger gewährleisten einen hohen
Sicherheitsstandard. Die weitgehende Verwendung von Metallteilen, Teilen aus
extrem beständigem Kunststoff und die Rollen aus abriebfestem Gummi machen
den Einsatz von Worker auch in schwierigen Arbeitsumfeldern möglich.

Worker ensures high safety standards; the acoustic signal starts the wrapping
cycle, the fl ashing light located at the top of the mast indicates the robot’s movement
during all the load wrapping operation. The emergency bumper immediately stops
worker in case of contact with any obstacle whatsoever.
Worker akzeptiert in Sachen Sicherheit keine Kompromisse. Das Tonsignal meldet den
Beginn des Verpackungszyklus, der Blinker oben auf dem Mast zeigt die Bewegung des
Roboters während des gesamten Zeitraums der Umwicklung des Produkts an. Der Notfall-

MULTIFUNCTION CONTROL PANEL
The new concept control panel located on the machine mast is very easy to
operate. Its inclination makes display reading easier and facilitates access to
the operating controls. The new rotating selector controls, in a practical and
intuitive manner, the variation of the machine parameters and the selection of
the available work programs.

supporting structure and resistant to the solicitations without using weldings.
High quality carriage lifting chain to guarantee durability and industrial level
performances. Worker is easy to transport thanks to the foldable spool carriage
mast.
MAST
Der Mast wurde aus kalt abgekantetem Blech hergestellt, um ohne Schweißungen eine
äußerst starre und belastungsfähige Tragkonstruktion zu schaffen. Die Hubkette des
Fahrgestells ist von hoher Qualität, um Beständigkeit und Leistungen auf Industrieniveau
zu gewährleisten. Dank der Möglichkeit, den Fahrgestellmast zu kippen, ist Worker leicht
zu transportieren.
