ROBOPAC, established in 1982, is world leader in the stretch fi lm wrapping
technology with a production of over 5,000 machines/year, 70% of which
exported to the main world markets.
Four technologies have been developed by the Company: robot, turntables
and rotating arms for stretch fi lm load stabilization (core business),
stretch fi lm horizontal wrapping machines for elongated products, shrink
fi lm packaging machines and taping machines.
Thanks to a worldwide capillary distribution network and to the spare
parts servicing centers present in our foreign affi liates, ROBOPAC ensures
a quick and decisive after sales service.
AETNA GROUP
AETNA GROUP produces and sells on a worldwide basis stretch fi lm
wrapping machinery, bundlers, shrink fi lm wrappers, cartoning and taping
machines.
The Group counts 400 employees of which 70 servicemen engaged in the
After Sales Department. 80,000 machines sold and installed worldwide
with a yearly turnover of over 75 million Euros.
Four production plants are, ROBOPAC, ROBOPAC SISTEMI, DIMAC and
PENTATEC, a joint venture in India, ROBOPAC PERKS, a network of over
270 Agents and Distributors and 4 foreign affi liates located in France,
Great Britain, Germany and the United States.
Since 1997 ROBOPAC is ISO 9001 certifi ed and, since then, the company

Das Unternehmen hat vier verschiedene Technologien entwickelt: Roboter,
Drehteller und -Arme für die Stabilisierung von Lasten mit Stretchfolie (Core
Business), waagrechte Stretchfolien-Wickelmaschinen für Produkte mit
länglicher Form, Maschinen für die Aufbringung von Schrumpffolien und
Bandwickelmaschinen. Über ein kapillares, weltweit vertretenes Vertriebsnetz
und die in den ausländischen Filialen betriebenen technischen Servicezentren und
Ersatzteillager versichert ROBOPAC einen raschen und wirksamen Kundendienst.
AETNA GROUP erzeugt und vertreibt weltweit Maschinen für die Umhüllung und
Verpackung mit Stretchfolie, Schrumpfbündelmaschinen, Schrumpffolien-
Verpackungsmaschinen, Kartonverpackungsmaschinen und Bandwickelmaschinen.
Der Konzern beschäftigt 400 Mitarbeiter, wovon 70 Techniker mit dem
Kundendienst beauftragt sind. Bei einem Jahresumsatz von über 75 Millionen
Euro wurden bereits 80.000 Maschinen in alle Welt verkauft und installiert.
Der Konzern baut auf vier Produktionswerken (ROBOPAC, ROBOPAC SISTEMI,
DIMAC und PENTATEC) einer Joint Venture in Indien (ROBOPAC PERKS) und
einem Netz mir über 270 Vertretern und Händlern sowie 4 Filialen in Frankreich,
Großbritannien, Deutschland und den Vereinigten Staaten auf.

JOLLY
The Jolly line is designed for dynamic, rapidly growing companies that
require maximum priority and fl exibility stretch wrapping operations with
a limited investment. Jolly machines are now available featuring different
wrapping functions and fi lm delivery system. In particular, the new Jolly
PPS is equipped with a powered pre-stretch spool carriage with fi xed
gears and the fi lm tensioning unit is manually adjustable by using a
practical device.
Like all Robopac machines, the models of the Jolly line are built according
to the highest quality and safety standards.
Attention to the production processes and the use of high-performance
materials place this product at the top of them category.

Die Reihe Jolly ist für dynamische und in starkem Wachstum befi ndliche

Die derzeitigen drei Modelle der Reihe Jolly ermöglichen verschiedene
Behandlungen der Einwickelfolie. Der neue Schlitten PPS besitzt ein motorisiertes
Vorstrecksystem mit festen Verhältnissen und einem Folienspannaggregat mit
Handregulierung.
Wie alle Maschinen von Robopac sind auch die der Reihe Jolly nach den höchsten
Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards gebaut.
Dank der sorgfältigen Herstellungsprozesse und der Auswahl von

Heavy duty casters with sealed bearings. A chain and sprocket system ensures
consistent and reliable turntable performances during rotation.
DREHTELLER
Der Drehteller ist auf Kugelrollen mit hoher Tragfähigkeit montiert.
Der Antrieb des Tellers erfolgt durch eine Kette mit hoher Widerstandskraft,
um ein Rutschen zu vermeiden und eine absolut konstante Rotation zu gewährleisten.
BASE PLATE
The diamond pattern on the plate ensures better grip for any load avoiding
slippage during the wrapping cycle. A practical knot (fi lm tail holding device)
allows quick and easy hooking of the fi lm tail. This will save time to the operator
at each wrapping cycle.
TELLER
Der Teller ist aus Riffelblech gefertigt, um eine bessere Haftung der Palette zu sichern
und während des Einwickelns ein Rutschen des Produkts zu vermeiden.
Die Klinke auf der Platte gestattet eine schnelle Verankerung der Folie und erspart der
Bedienungsperson das lästige Verfahren der Folienbefestigung am Boden der Palette bei
Zyklusbeginn.
SEALED BEARINGS
Sealed bearings are built with acetalic material in glass fi ber frame.
This combination ensures a very low friction coeffi cient during rotation and a very
high resistence to compression and to deformations.
LAUFRÄDER
Die Laufräder sind mit Acetal in Glasfi bermatrize überzogen.
Diese Kombination sichert einen niedrigen Reibungskoeffi zienten während der
Bewegung des Tischs, sehr hohe Druckfestigkeit und eine hohe Stabilität gegen mögliche
Deformierungen. Dies alles garantiert bestmögliche Leistungen und einen geringen
Verschleiß der beweglichen Teile des Tischs.
MAST
The mast is made of cold folded steel and has a tubolar inner structure in order to
ensure maximun rigidity and resistance to any torsion or strain.

Der Stahlmast besitzt eine röhrenförmige Struktur, die ihm eine hohe Torsions- und
Biegesteifi gkeit verleiht und ihn damit widerstandsfähiger macht.

MAST WITH CHAIN
An heavy duty drive chain moves the spool carriage upward and downward for a constant and accurate control of the wrapping process.
The anti-fall device in case of emergency assures the maximum safety level.
MAST MIT KETTE
Die hoch widerstandsfähige Kette überträgt die Auf- und Abstiegsbeweungen zum Schlitten und sichert eine optimale Kontrolle der Wicklung.
Außerdem garantiert die Fallschutzvorrichtung im Notfall höchste Sicherheit.
PHASE STOPPING POINT
The load always stops in the same position that was placed in before the wrapping cycle. This greatly improves times and costs of the process. Plate’s Start and stop steps
are controlled by an inverter that provides consitently the same position of the load before and after the wrapping cycle. The gear and worm system makes it possible to
keep the phase of the tunrtable even upon applying forces to the plate (for instance while moving the load on it).
STOPP IN PHASE
Der Stopp in Phase gestattet dem Bediener, die Palette immer in derselben Position des Zyklusbeginns wieder aufzunehmen, und bringt große Vorteile mit sich, da er die Leistungsfähigkeit
der Verpackungsverfahren erhöht.
Der Start und der Stopp des Tischs werden durch ein Wendegetriebe gesteuert, daher endet der Einwickelzyklus immer in der Anfangsposition. Der Getriebemotor mit Schnecke ermöglicht
ein Handling der Palette ohne jeden Phasenverlust.

FRD SPOOL CARRIAGE
Spool carriage with mechanical brake on return roller: constant extensions of
the fi lm independently of the diameter of the spool. Brake engagement/release
device to facilitate hooking the fi lm to the base of the pallet. Available on Jolly/
Jolly Plus.
HUBSCHLITTEN FRD
Schlitten mit mechanischer Bremse auf Umkehrrolle: ständiges Strecken der Folie
unabhängig vom Durchmesser der Folienrolle. Vorrichtung zur Betätigung/Freigabe der
Bremse, um die Verankerung der Folie am Palettenboden zu erleichtern. Verfügbar auf
Jolly und Jolly Plus.

PPS SPOOL CARRIAGE
Powered pre-stretch spool carriage with fi xed gears, 150-200-250%, with
possibility for manual adjustment of the wrapping tension. The pre-stretch
percentage that can be obtained is easy to modify by manual substitution of the
pre-stretch gears. Available on Jolly/Jolly PPS.
HUBSCHLITTEN PPS
Motorisierter Vorstreckerschlitten mit festen Verhältnissen, 150-200-250%,
und der Möglichkeit zur Handregulierung der Wickelspannung.
Der zu erzielende Prozentsatz der Vorstreckung kann durch manuelles Ersetzen der
Verhältnisse leicht verändert werden. Verfügbar auf Jolly PPS.
BRAKE FILM DEVICE
Stretch ration manual adjustment device with selected value displaied on a
scale.
Knob for brake egagement/release to easily attach the fi lm to the load or to the
fi lm tail holding device.
FOLIENBREMSVORRICHTUNG
Ein- und Ausspannen der Folie mithilfe eines Knopfs, um die Befestigung der Folie an der
Palette oder direkt an der Folienverankerungsklinke zu erleichtern.
POWERED FILM UNWIND
Quick fi lm release device facilitates the unwinding of the fi lm when hooking the
tail to the loas or to the knot on the plate.
SCHNELLES ABWICKELN DER FOLIE
Der Knopf zum Abwickeln der Folie erleichtert das Verfahren zur Folienverankerung an
der Klinke des Tellers.
