Crystalline 

Crystalline is one of the oldest rock formations which constitutes the epitome of 

perfect form and durability at the same time. This was the inspiration for Alape 

to develop a new creation which picks up the natural crystalline contours and 

transforms these intricate shapes into built-in and sit-on basins and washstands. 

And it’s not only cleansing rituals that can be celebrated with these new products. 

They also produce a harmonious overall effect in which absolute purity is reflected.

basins and washstands – and makes a clear statement in favour of purist design. 

Their clear form language stands for conscious elegance in the bathroom, and 

their generous proportions for functionality. Various basin heights produce an

Alape Basic Components, such as basins and washstands, are made of Glassed 

Steel, a material which allows fascinating variety and precision where surfaces 

and shapes are concerned. Thanks to a special manufacturing process, the 

surfaces are not only shock and scratch-proof, they are also durable, hygienic 

and maintain their colour brilliance. The products are manufactured with a 

high level of intricate craftsmanship. As an optional extra, the surfaces can 

be refined with an extra easy-care or antibacterial coating. 

Alape Basiskomponenten wie Becken und Waschtische werden aus glasiertem Stahl 

gefertigt. Einem Werkstoff, der eine faszinierende Vielfalt und Präzision von 

Flächen sowie Formen ermöglicht. Dabei sind die Oberflächen durch ein spezielles 

Fertigungsverfahren nicht nur schlag- und kratzfest, sondern auch farbbrillant, 

langlebig und hygienisch. Die Produkte entstehen mit einem hohen Grad an handwerklicher 

Fein arbeit. Optional lassen sich die Oberflächen zusätzlich mit einer 

extra pflegeleichten oder antibakteriellen Beschichtung veredeln.

Alape developed the first built-in basin in the bathroom in the 1970s. Today’s modern 

models are distinguished by their precise finishing and perfect basin geometry. 

The flat rim design in combination a special installation principle enables precise 

integration into the counter top without any external silicone seams.
