products with a focus on beauty, wellness and household that can be ordered exclusively through <strong>Amway</strong> business<br />

owners. Among the brands are NUTRILITE nutrition supplements, the cosmetic brands ARTISTRY und beautycycle<br />

as well as L.O.C.household cleaner.<br />

Stellenbeschreibung<br />

For our European Headquarter, based in <strong>Puchheim</strong> <strong>near</strong> <strong>Munich</strong>, we are looking for a Marketing Promotion<br />

Specialist Europe<br />

Area of responsibility:<br />

Development of a long-term product promotional strategy which directly reflects the product/brand strategy<br />

and drives towards the corporate goals of business partner/ consumer orientation and increased retail activity<br />

in addition to working closely with internal stakeholders to gain alignment, reporting results and adaptation of<br />

strategy accordingly.<br />

Development and execution of short-term and mid-term product promotion plans (push and pull strategies)<br />

that combine communication tactics with purchase incentives such as discounts, samples, gifts, rebates,<br />

coupons, sweepstakes and contests to increase sales.<br />

Perform a project management function, from idea to implementation for all product promotions targeted at<br />

our business partners and/or consumers. Manage internal processes with all relevant departments (including<br />

forecasting, portfolio, procurement, planning, sales, education, etc.).<br />

Coordinate and track all projects related to all aspects of product promotions from start to completion,<br />

managing time lines and deliverables, responsible for communication tactics through internal/external<br />

channels.<br />

Integration of communication plans with the existing portfolio using all available channels.<br />

Review, prepare and track all materials for approval; ensure that accurate supporting documentation is<br />

available.<br />

Partner with internal sciences to ensure "buy in" to all activities, demonstrate value add of promotional<br />

activities; share analysis results and best practices.<br />

Perform training of all internal central and local functions<br />

Manage budgets, responsible for communication and promotional marketing expenses.<br />

Develop a business case including ROI and put adequate measurement in place including the post<br />

promotional analysis.<br />

Candidate Profile:<br />

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing), MBA/MM preferred.<br />

Minimum of 3 to 5 years previous work experience required preferred as a promotions manager, promotions<br />

planner or experience in other marketing disciplines.<br />

Ideally direct selling experience and experience in the FMCG industry.<br />

Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English and any additional European languages (especially<br />

German) are welcome.<br />

Demonstrate ability to adopt an integrated approach to marketing.<br />

Demonstrate creative flair within the marketing spectrum.<br />

A team player, experienced in working with international teams and cross-functional teams.<br />

Experience in working with Americans and Russians is an advantage.<br />

Understanding and good use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.<br />

Self-reliant, proactive and highly motivated.<br />

Able to work under pressure and with deadlines.<br />

Ability to travel.<br />
