Stellenbeschreibung<br />
For our <strong>Europe</strong>an Headquarter, based in Puchheim near Munich, we are looking for a <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> <strong>Personal</strong><br />
<strong>Care</strong> <strong>Europe</strong><br />
Area of responsibility:<br />
Manage and develop product branding and product offering within the <strong>Personal</strong> <strong>Care</strong> area to ensure optimal<br />
business performance within the portfolio mix and growth objectives in <strong>Europe</strong>.<br />
Product champion for <strong>Europe</strong> and liaison to Corporate Marketing Team on product and project level.<br />
Direct support to the Portfolio <strong>Manager</strong> <strong>Europe</strong>.<br />
Responsible for growth and profitability of the <strong>Personal</strong> <strong>Care</strong> products.<br />
Multiplicator for brand building and consistent brand messaging in <strong>Europe</strong>.<br />
Monitoring and analysis of product financials, creation of reports.<br />
Support Portfolio <strong>Manager</strong> in the development and implementation of compelling, short-term and mid-term<br />
marketing campaigns for assigned products.<br />
Input into long-term marketing strategies for the <strong>Personal</strong> <strong>Care</strong> products.<br />
Work with <strong>Europe</strong>an counterparts to successfully develop and implement all strategies and actions for the<br />
<strong>Personal</strong> <strong>Care</strong> products.<br />
Management of product or project budgets.<br />
Monitoring and analysis of market and industry trends.<br />
Close cooperation with communication department, including development of briefings for creative agencies.<br />
Support of brand driven market research projects including briefings, analysis and recommendation.<br />
Preparation of information materials and decision papers for internal management meetings and for our<br />
business partners.<br />
Work experience and skills:<br />
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing, Management) or related field.<br />
Completed trainee program or 1 to 3 years experience in brand and product management. Experience<br />
working for a multi-national company in the personal care industry or FMCG is an advantage.<br />
Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English and any additional <strong>Europe</strong>an languages (especially<br />
Russian or German) are welcome.<br />
Experience with market research projects/external agencies is an advantage.<br />
Team player, experience in working with international teams and cross-functional teams is an advantage.<br />
Experience in working with Americans and Russians is an advantage.<br />
Sound business acumen required, specifically financial skills.<br />
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.<br />
Understanding and good use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.<br />
Self-reliant, proactive and highly motivated.<br />
Able to work under pressure and with deadlines.<br />
Ability to travel.<br />
