Inapal Plásticos existiert in Portugal seit 1973 und hat sich seitdem der Produktion von
Zulieferteilen für die Automobilindustrie gewidmet.
Das Unternehmen hat zwei Fertigungsstätten; Die erste in Leça do Balio in Porto, wo sich auch
der Firmensitz befindet, sowie das neue, hochmoderne Werk in Palmela bei Lissabon.
Kerngeschäft ist die Verarbeitung von Faserverbund- (SMC) und Thermoplasten (D-LFT, G-LFT,
GMT) für diese Branche.
Fachkenntnis und technische Mittel erlauben sowohl die Entwicklung und Produktion von
Komponenten in den o.g. Techniken als auch erstklassige Karosserielackierungen.
Die Firma produziert u.a. komplette Heckklappenmodule für VW sowie Kofferraumklappen
und Spoiler für AMG und Jaguar Land Rover und übernimmt in einigen Fällen auch die Montage
von Baugruppen, wie Scheinwerfer, Antennen, Radio, GPS u.ä. sowie Unterbodenverkleidungen
oder Innenstrukturteile, Verdeck für den neuen Renault, Kotflügel, Abdeckungen und
Ableitelemente, Klimaanlagen u.a..
Im Logistikbereich ist das Unternehmen erfahrener Anwender von Kanban und JIS und nutzt
weitestgehend auch die Vorteile kundennaher Lager für Endmontage und Ablaufgestaltung.
Inapal Plásticos exists in Portugal since 1973 and since then has been connected to the production
of components for the Automotive Industry.
We have two production units; the original one at Leça do Balio in Oporto where headquarters
are located and the ultimate plant in what concerns equipments’ innovation in Palmela nearby
Lisbon.
Our core business lies on the transformation of fibre reinforced composites (SMC) and thermoplastic
materials (D-LFT, G-LFT, GMT) for that industry.
Our knowledge and capabilities allow us ensuring the development and production of components /
functions in the technologies above and in Body Colour Class A Painting as well.
Among other industrial applications, we are producing a complete Trunk Lid module for VW
and other Trunk Lids and Spoilers for AMG and Jaguar Land Rover, being responsible, in some
of these cases, for the assembly of components like Lights, Antennas, Radio and GPS, etc., Under
body shields or internal Structural Panels, Convertible Roof for new Renault, Side Wings, Hoods
and Deflectors, Air Conditioning and other peripheral operations.
At the logistic area, we have Kanbam and JIT sequence experience, making use of the support
that warehouses near our clients can provide, for final assembly and sequencing, whenever
necessary.
