Das Unternehmen ist mit modernsten Ausrüstungen ausgestattet und verfügt über CAD/CAM/
CAE-Spitzentechnologie sowie 3- und 5-Achsen-Hochgeschwindigkeitstechnik. Mit einer flexiblen
Bearbeitungszelle, einer der wenigen in Europa, mit der Elektroden bearbeitet werden
können, einschließlich Kontrolle und EDM, mit einer Kapazität für 326 Elektroden und 11 Paletten mit
vollautomatischem Elektrodenaustausch im 24-Stunden-Betrieb war Ribermold der erste
Formenbauer in Europa, der erfolgreich eine neue Form mit Hotsys Hot & Cool-Technologie
baute. Im technischen Prüfzentrum befinden sich sechs Spritzgussmaschinen von 55 bis 370 t zum
Testen von Formen und für kleine Vorserien mit Roboter. Außerdem hat das Zentrum einen
Spritzgießroboter 2K 65T von Krauss Maffei.

Supplied with the most sophisticated equipment on the market, the company is in possession
of the cutting edge technology of CAD/CAM/CAE as well as of 3 and 5 - axis high –speeds. With
a Flexible Machining Cellule, one of the few existing in Europe that enables the machining of
electrodes, their control and the EDM, with capacity for 326 electrodes and 11 pallets with fully
automated exchange of electrodes and operating 24 hours a day. Ribermold was the first
toolmaker in Europe that made a new mold successfully applying Hotsys Hot & Cool technology.
Our Technical Testing Center of the company has six injection machines ranging from 55 to 370 T
for mould trials and small pre-series with robot. The Center also includes a 2k 65T injection
machine Krauss Maffei with robot.
