High performance VACUFOIL transportation system<br />
The patented VACUFOIL foil transportation system makes<br />
it enable a full foil advance over the complete foiling<br />
area - without any limitation to the running performance.<br />
Another highlight is the handling of large foil diameters<br />
of up to 400 mm / 15.7” on 3” cores. Very small foil<br />
webs will be perfectly guided by lateral foil web discs.<br />
Individually pressure settings<br />
Beside the unique stamping force of 130 metric tons<br />
(143 US tons) the machine allows individual pressure<br />
settings by columns (e.g. more pressure at OS and less<br />
at DS or more at press entry and less at press exit).<br />
Easy setting of the counterparts<br />
The Gietz <strong>ROFO</strong> <strong>450</strong> assures an easy setting of counterparts<br />
without any disconnection of the substrate web.<br />
A further advantage is the easy and perfect make-ready<br />
possibilities underneath the counter plate.<br />

For the application of registered single-picture holograms<br />
or registered/unregistered stripes for the security<br />
