The largest open-air museum
of Upper Bavaria presents you
approximately 60 historical
houses, mills, workshops, alpine
pastures and shielings within
their cultural landscape with
view to the Kochelsee and the
Alpine foothills of Bavaria. Get
an impression of the rural life of
Upper Bavaria – from the Early
Modern Age to the present age.
19th March to 11th November:
Tue.–Sun. 9.00–18.00 (after the
daylight saving time until 17.00).
Mondays from June until the
whole September and on
holidays opened.
