Viertausender Gipfel türmen sich<br />
rings um unser Dorf. Kein Wunder,<br />
dass die Geschichten und Menschen<br />
aus dem Tal sehr eng mit<br />
den Bergriesen verbunden sind. Es<br />
freut uns, Ihnen in der vorliegenden<br />
Ausgabe wiederum eine Vielzahl<br />
von spannenden Themen rund um<br />

Alpine village: it is surrounded by<br />
no fewer than 38 peaks over four<br />
thousand metres in height. It comes<br />
as no surprise, then, that the history<br />
and people of this valley are so<br />
closely connected to the mountain<br />
landscape. We are delighted that we<br />
can once again offer you in this<br />
present issue a variety of exciting<br />
topics covering various aspects of<br />
life in <strong>Zermatt</strong>. I hope you enjoy<br />
