Bei der Eiswürfel-Herstellung mittels Paddelsystem ragen die einzelnen Finger des Verdampfers in ein Wasserbad, an denen<br />
das Wasser nach und nach gefriert. Das Wasserbad wird mit Paddelrädern in Bewegung gehalten, so dass nur an den<br />
Verdampferfingern Eis entsteht. Mit der Zeit bilden sich so die typischen kristallklaren Hohlwürfel. Der Vorteil dieser<br />
Würfelform liegt darin, dass sie eine große Oberfläche besitzen, die die Getränke innerhalb kurzer Zeit herunter kühlen.<br />
Außerdem sind sie sehr gut für die Herstellung von Crushed Ice zu nutzen. Eiswürfelbereiter mit Paddelsystem sind besonders<br />
geeignet für den Einsatz bei hartem, kalkhaltigem Wasser.<br />
