vorhersagen, ohne je geschweißt oder ein Musterteil<br />
produziert zu haben. Anschließend prüfen bzw. verifizieren<br />
wir die Simulationsergebnisse im werkseigenen ARC<br />
LAB über High Speed Kamera und Schlierenstand. So<br />

The latest computer simulation methods make it possible<br />
to show the arc and gas flow with almost 100 % match to<br />
the real welding process. Thus product characteristics<br />
can be predicted during development without having<br />
welded or produced a single sample part. Afterwards<br />
we check or verify the simulation results in our factoryowned<br />
ARC LAB with high-speed camera and “Schlieren-”<br />
test rig. So we draw valuable conclusions for the further<br />
