Mit seiner Buchung stimmt der Kunde den allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen zu • Die Platz-Zuweisung<br />
erfolgt in der Reihenfolge der Anmeldung. Die Veranstalter behalten sich das Recht vor,<br />
diese zu ändern • Die von den berechtigten Stellen ausgehändigte schriftliche Reservierungsbestätigung<br />
gilt als Fahrschein, der zur Teilnahme berechtigt und bei Reisebeginn vorzuzeigen ist •<br />
Im Zweifelsfall sind jene Abfahrtszeiten gültig, die auf der schriftlichen Reservierungsbestätigung<br />
vermerkt sind. Angaben von Ankunfts- und Rückkunftszeiten ohne Gewähr • Angegebene<br />
Abfahrtszeiten sind einzuhalten und sind entweder im Programm festgehalten oder werden vom<br />
Reiseleiter bestimmt. Der Kunde ist selbst verantwortlich pünktlich beim Treffpunkt zu erscheinen<br />
und die Abfahrt nicht zu versäumen • Bei Fahrten mit Eintrittskarten oder sonstigen kostenpflichtigen<br />
Leistungen, die den Organisatoren nicht zurückerstattet werden, wird eine verbindliche<br />
Reservierung erst nach Bezahlung des vollen Kaufpreises garantiert • Berechnungsgrundlage der<br />
Stornogebühren* ist der Gesamtkaufpreis ohne evtl. Versicherungen • Die Veranstalter behalten sich<br />
das Recht vor, bei Nichterreichen der Mindest-Teilnehmerzahl pro Fahrt von 30 Personen sowie aus<br />
Sicherheits- oder organisatorischen Gründen Fahrten abzusagen. In diesem Fall wird der<br />
volle Fahrtpreis zurück erstattet • Alle Angaben der Broschüre ohne Gewähr. Programmänderungen<br />

di prenotazione. Orari d’arrivo e di rientro a titolo indicativo senza garanzia • Gli orari di partenza<br />
indicati in programma oppure definiti dall’acompagnatore devono essere rispettati. È responsabilità<br />
del cliente presentarsi puntualmente all’ora stabilita e non perdere l’autobus • Per gite e viaggi con<br />
biglietti d’entrata o altri prenotazioni a pagamento la disponibilità dei biglietti è garantita solo<br />
dopo pagamento dell’intero prezzo di vendita • Base di calcolo delle tasse di storno in caso di disdetta*<br />
è il prezzo di vendita totale senza eventuale assicurazione • Le ditte prestatrici si riservano<br />
il diritto di disdire gite ove non si fosse raggiunta la quota minima di partecipanti di 30 persone<br />
e per motivi di sicurezza o organizzazione. In tal caso l’intero prezzo di vendita verrà restituito<br />

insurance • The organizer reserves the right to cancel any trips if the minimum number of participants per<br />
trip is less than 30 persons as well as for safety or organizational purposes. In these cases the entire price<br />
of the journey will be refunded • All information in the brochures is without warrant • Programs are subject to<br />
