We have Graduate Programmes available in Commercial, Finance,
General Business, HR, IT, and IT Development. All programmes include
4 rotations through different deparments within your chosen
function.
Our application process includes subming your CV in English online,
followed by an online assessment, and an in-person assessment centre
where we‘ll be able to meet you at one of our offices.
You‘ll need to be a highly ambitious, hard-working team player who‘s
keen to learn, grow, and take accountability. You‘ll also need to speak
fluent English, and have a degree (BSc or higher).
RWE Supply & Trading GmbH is the international trading house of RWE
AG, a leading supplier of renewables worldwide. We have five different
graduate programmes, and two placement programmes, each involves
choosing rotations in a variety of areas, giving graduates broad exposure
to our business and different working cultures.
