General: No refund for not consumed for food.
For stays up to 4 days we charge 10% short-stay
surcharge. For single use of a double room or
apartment: € 20 discount per day. Price, schedule
changes and printing errors excepted!
If there is more than one booking request for a
room please understand that we prefer the earlier
reservation. We cannot guarantee specific room
numbers or floors. Please understand that due to
the great number of bookings there may be date
deviations!
Arrival and departure: The rooms are ready on
arrival day by 3 p.m. On departure please vacate
your room not later than 10 a.m. For arrivals after
11 p.m. we kindly ask you to give us notice: +43 /

Deposit: Upon confirmation of a room, we ask
you to provide Euro 500,00 per double room or
Euro 250,00 per single room as a deposit. Your
payment can be made by bank transfer to our
account, Account No. 20222, at Raiffeisen Bank
Paznaun branch Ischgl, Bank Code 36248, Swift
Address: RZTIAT 22248. Favorable transfer
for all countries with Euro - IBAN: AT

Alternatively we can book the amount from your
credit card. We need your credit card number
and expiration date (VISA, MASTERCARD).
Cheques are not accepted.
Dogs on request: For your pet we charge according
to size Euro 15,00 - 25,00 without food for
special cleaning of the rooms. Please understand
that your pet may not be taken into the dining
room and spa facilities.
Internet: Our house is equipped with
Wi-Fi. You will receive a code at the
reception to surf in the Internet or send e-mails.

Cancellation: The Austrian Hotel Contract
Regulations apply, room cancellations are only
valid in written form. Up to 3 months before the
arrival there are no cancellation costs. Up to 1
month before arrival we charge 3 days. For cancellations
1 month before arrival, for late arrivals or
early departure, we will charge the full
amount of your booked stay. The cancellation
statement must be up to the previous
mentioned dates sent to us in written form
and confirmed by us in written from. We
recommend travel cancellation insurance and are
happy to arrange that for you. Please note that in
the event of cancellation, cancellation costs can be
deducted from the deposit.
Payment: The payment of the hotel bill
can be made in cash (Euros or Swiss francs)
or by Maestro card or credit card (VISA or
MASTERCARD). Cheques are not accepted.
