All pieces of jewellery come including packaging, except
the items of the collection urban style
Material
jewellery is made of different materials, such as 925
sterling silver, bronze or bronze silver plated, brass and highquality
stainless steel The details you will find on each page in
the text block
Coating
For stainless steel jewellery we sometimes use coatings
They demand a more careful handling (e g avoid contact
with water) Coatings can be scratched or the colour may fade
after some time – according to handling That is why we cannot
guarantee the durability of jewellery with coating
Size of the jewellery
All items presented in the catalogue are shown in their original
size (except items on model photos) Due to production – some
items are handmade – it is possible that they vary a little bit in
size and/or weight
Ring sizes
Generally we have all rings in even sizes like: 52, 54, 56, 58, …
etc Some rings, especially stainless steel or bronze rings, we
only offer in every third size, which means: 56, 59, 62, … etc

Prices
All items are delivered as shown in the catalogue (by piece, by
pair or 5 pairs per pack) Prices are for the piece, pair or package
unit as shown

All information concerning stones you will find directly with

Reclamations
Please check your goods immediately after delivery Later we
cannot guarantee the condition of the jewellery anymore (especially
for jewellery with stones or zirconia, which may break
easily just by a single stroke) as we double-check the goods
before delivery
Delivery, late delivery
Usually we have about 95% of your order on stock This is what
will be sent directly after your order There will be no late delivery
and all items which we cannot deliver to you right away
should be ordered again (if you are still interested)
Price alteration
As a result of the continuously changing prices for raw materials
during the last years it was necessary to adjust prices regularily
Currently prices are comparatively stable and we hope
that this situation will last However, we cannot guarantee the
prices in the attached pricelist at run time of the catalogue
Instead, we give you a guarantee on our internet prices
