The success of EURO PLAZA has been confirmed by a series of awards and
prizes. The office park has received the DIVA Award for “Best Office Project”
twice. In 2006 the “Facility Prize” for excellent cost-performance ratio was
awarded to EURO PLAZA. And finally, Karl-Heinz Strauss accepted the Cäsar
Award for “Best Property Developer” as CEO of Strauss & Partner Immobilien
GmbH – not least due to his great success in the construction, marketing and
management of EURO PLAZA.
The renowned and multiple-award winning architects Neumann + Partner, who
have already completed numerous major international projects, were responsible
for the design of the office park.

The realization of EURO PLAZA by Strauss & Partner GmbH resulted from a
contract from Kapsch Immobilien GmbH under the management of Elisabeth
Kapsch and Kari Kapsch as CEOs.
