Our restaurateurs, chefs and farmers have<br />

embraced the term “Food Fossicking” to<br />

encourage locals and visitors to discover all<br />

they can about the farms, families and faces<br />

behind the best dishes and produce our<br />

region has to offer.<br />

Owner of Masons, a Chef’s Hat recipient, and<br />

president of Food Fossickers, Sonia Anthony,<br />

is excited about the level of co-operation the<br />

concept provides. “We’re envied by other<br />

regions for our strength in working together.<br />

Collaborations between producers and<br />

businesses, for example, are unearthing world<br />

class produce available right at our doorstep.<br />
